Please I advise everyone never to shop from shoeaholics. I had such a bad experience with them . I have been trying to return the item I bought from them since the day I received it. I bought the return postage. But nobody ever came to collect the item. I waited for 2 weeks. Emailed them so many times but no use. They kept on lying me. Such a horrendous business. I finally managed to drop the item to parcel shop. It reached them before the end of 30 day return window. They took time to process it. And now they a0re trying to keep my money and telling me that they will request to send me e -gift card. I mean am I stupid to buy from you guys ever again? No thankyou. Give me my money to my original payment method.

This has gone past your 14 working days timeline since you received the item back at your warehouse on 22nd December.
Are you now going to request the funds from Bank of England to process the refund?
You sent me the wrong item through no fault of mine. You have confirmed that you have received the item back since 22nd December so what is holding the refund process back?

I bought a KG bag from your site as a gift for someone. I kept the bag safe and when I was about to present this, I found that the zip was stiff and I was unable to open to see inside. I contacted your office and till date it has not been resolved. On the other hand, I was unable to present the bag as a gift and it’s just there untouched and unused.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This company is shocking and will keep your money and nit return it!! DO NOT USE! They have had my money since November and still haven’t had a refund! Ordered some boots…got sent the company wrong order (crappy trainers!) I was the expected to send the order THEY got wrong first and then I now have to wait for my money back! They lied about when the order was returned and I am still waiting! Also had a parent pay extra to send me the boots because they don’t deliver to where I live. Heard nothing! This is now fraud and I will never use again and now having to escalate to trading standards because Ive just been ignored by this company! Will never use!

Charlatans at best.
Ridiculous company… avoid if you can. So many better alternatives out there. Zero customer service, zero response to emails regarding missing order which still haven’t received. £120 out of pocket and god knows when I’ll get that refunded… no doubt hear back from them quick style now that I’ve made a visa dispute with my bank
Genuinely this company, along with their “TRUSTED” courier of choice, Evri , are as reliable as rain in the desert and as honest as a thief in the night.
1 star is a compliment !

After the kind help I’ve received from my bank, they’ve managed to get my money bank via dispute from these bunch of crooks. Never using again, absolute shambles of a company. Fingers crossed you go bust in 2026

I ordered two pair of orson crystal sandals one in the denim a pair in the black with coloured stones in a size 6 both in stock had a email to say they had both been sent then a notification of refund for one pair they were for my holiday and I could have ordered direct from Kurt kieger and received both pairs before I went away very disappointed

Fabulous products an absolutely amazing prices, in addition blue light discount can be added which reduces the price substantially.. i have received the goods in rapid timing and the returns process was easy to navigate.. overall a very positive experience
One thing that could be improved is the offere of free returns especially when one is spending hundreds/thousands of pounds 🙏🏻

Following on from your response, you have only responded since I chased you.

I have attempted to return an item following a Christmas present that was not required. I have been unable to create a QR code to return the item. I have filled out 4 forms now to receive a QR code and no response. I have also attempted to contact shoeaholics through instagram.

No response to return issue – now forced to pay postage twice
I am trying to return an item, but the Shoeaholics returns system will not allow me to complete the process due to an error code saying not able to find order. I have emailed customer services twice to explain the issue and ask for help, but I have received no response.
Furthermore, this is the second item I needed to return on same order. I was trying to return both items together to save on postage, but because the system will not let me process the second return and no one has responded to my emails, I am now likely to be forced to send them separately and pay postage again. This is incredibly frustrating, especially as the problem is not my fault.
With the return window running out, I urgently need a response so this can be resolved properly. I am simply asking for basic customer support to allow me to complete the returns without being penalised.

I received my items very quickly from Shoeaholics but just didn’t like them when they arrived, no reflection on the company, just didn’t think they were worth the money I had paid, I returned both pairs the same day, which was 18th December, still waiting for the refund, the length of time it takes to refund your money is far too long, I emailed customer services who were not helpful at all.

I order all the time from Shoeaholics and o have only ever had one problem when some boots I returned never made it back to them … when I complained they promptly refunded me. Other than that the orders come in a timely usually fast manner so I don’t have any complaints . I was surprised by the bad reviews . I have onlr experienced good customer service .

Should have read all the reviews before I ordered from Shoeaholics. Ordered a brand new bag - it arrived used and faulty. Company did not take my complains seriously and said I can return or get 10% off my original order. They would not exchange it for the same one - and they are now out of stock. The bag I bought the day following went down further in price. Still awaiting for support for a refund - they said they’d send me a code for free returns but I’ve never had this. Really dissapointed
