Although I decided not to buy, I was very impressed by the way Seymour’s, especially Trevor Hunnings, put himself out to facilitate multiple weekend viewings and for constructive and no pressure guidance. I shall come back.

We were ably assisted by Jade Herring in our quest to secure a rental property. Living overseas this made the logistics somewhat challenging, however, Jade and her colleagues at Seymours handled the process professionally.

We have used Seymours for many years, being our agent for our rental and for selling and buying property. You've no need to use anyone else in Dorking really! They listen to what you want and need and do what they can to make that happen. They were amazing working on our behalf when we experienced an unpleasant tenancy, from beginning to happy ending. The whole team at Seymours are super friendly and they don't mind how much you email or call....which was a lot! Great team all round! Will be using again when the time comes.

I have been dealing with Seymours for a number of years both selling property and them managing my rental. In all aspects they are very professional, very knowledgable and efficient. If they say they will do something it gets done. Would not use anyone else.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do better! Use a different referencing company that does not discriminate. Also the person I spoke to Jade on the phone needs more training on how to deal with people over the phone. I was lucky enough not to have to deal with her face to face.

DO BETTER AS AN ESTATE AGENT AND USE ANOTHER REFERENCING COMPANY! You wouldn’t do this to someone who lost their arm or leg from the army! So why being medically retired is any different! It is discrimination at its finest as there are ONLY a few companies like yours that do this! I can’t wait for the new regulations for landlords/estate agents to come to in!

We wouldn’t rate estate agent’s brand, hence 4stars as we have had negative experience with other Seymours before.

Overall a good experience. They always kept me up-to-date about the appointments. However, I only got feedbacks if I asked for them and I never got a direct mobile number of the agent dealing with the sale of the flat. I always had to humt him down using the office landline. It made me feel like a pesky client.

The Seymours team are polite, positive and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile in describing the history of the house and surroundings. This is the second time I have used Seymours and have felt very comfortable and confident that they are providing an excellent service both to me and also to the prospective buyers. The communication between the team and myself has been excellent and timely. Their customer service is excellent.

Bought a house and let out my previous home via Seymour's Woking branch. I found the sales agents very helpful, professional and not pushy. Better than most other agents in Woking, I would definitely use them if selling a property. Tom, Ben and Zo were particularly helpful. They even gave me some informal advice on my new home after completing the purchase.

As first-time buyers, we were quite overwhelmed by the whole process. We weren’t very impressed with how the realtors understood our needs; they kept sending us random properties just to make a quick sale. Seymours really stood out at this point. Aaron was there from day one, not only through email but also calling regularly to ensure he understood exactly what we were looking for in our perfect home. It only took us a week to decide on our dream home, and the entire process went smoothly. We’re now in the middle of the legal process, and Aaron is still there, answering every question I have. I highly recommend them.

A special thanks to their talented young team member, Tom, who showed us the house. He was friendly, professional, and although he’s young, he already seems to have a wealth of experience. I’m sure he’ll be their new star someday! :)
