Very poor, would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order in April. Despite chasing multiple times, still no dispatch. They are claiming issues with their courier but with the number of couriers now operating in this country, I find it impossible they couldn’t just book a courier in 3 months to get the order delivered! Each time they email they promise an update or dispatch and that date comes and goes with no contact and no delivery. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy anything from Screen with Envy!

Avoid at all cost. This is not a reputable company. Placed order on 12th June 5 -9days delivery. After 10 days contacted them asking for an update. Told that they were having problems with their logistic partner. Another couple of deadline missed, then I started to dig and found the latest review on Trustpilot. Asked for refund, but no doubt I will never see my money again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.....

Order placed 05/10/2024. Immediately delivery delays & numerous excuses. Requested refund 27/01/2025. More excuses as to why I did not receive my refund. Now 20/06/2025 still no refund. Going through claims with personal bank to see if I can get my money back.

A compulsory strike-off is a process where Companies House dissolves a company due to the company's failure to comply with legal requirements, such as filing necessary documents or paying fees. This action essentially removes the company from the Companies House register and dissolves it, meaning the company ceases to exist as a legal entity.

"SCREEN WITH ENVY" are insolvent - they filed in November 2022, and this was finalised in April 2025. This has been reported in The London Gazette.

"Screen With Envy Limited is a British company registered in England/Wales. It was established on 27/10/2016 It has the registration number 10448336. Its status is Liquidation." Postal address: "Craftwork Studios 1-3, Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NAM" "Telephone 08081641075
Switchboard 08081641075." All quotes taken from ceoemail.com who aim to provide contact details for businesses.

They are now listed as TSDES Trading Limited, TSDES Stores Limited and TSDES Holdings Limited, and all trading still as Screen With Envy (company numbers 14449771, 14462605 and 14449702).

So they went bust around two and a half years ago apparently, but they were given leave to continue trading, and they are still taking orders, and money, BUT... clearly they have a problem with delivering as others have noted on Trustpilot. I have requested a refund (on 9th June).

To still trade under a name anyone could look up and see has gone bust cannot be helping TSDES, but this is the choice they made.
Further edit: I received a refund to my credit card on 10th June, one day after requesting it.
I was not notified of this so only found out a day or so ago (I don't receive paper statements), it is 24th June today.
Perhaps others waiting for refunds should check their credit card statements.

SCAM - do not buy!!!! Purchased screens in December and no item has been delivered - have been chasing a refund since then. AVOID

Screen with Envy is a con. They NEVER send anyone anything and just take your money, also known as STEALING. Complain to Trading Standards

We ordered two orders with this company and were told that there was delays with our order but we said we were happy to wait . After 4 months ( I only waited as we wanted matching ones ) of promising us we were getting out screens I had had enough and asked for a refund , this was promised two months ago and still saying it’s going to be revised soon , won’t be honest with me the reason why !!! Keeping my money is not good enough for a very patient customer it’s very poor service !

If I could write a review with no stars I would. I placed an order on 29th April for one screen to replace a broken one (original order of 7 screens in 2024). On the website the company boast delivery within 7-10 days. By 15th May, I had not received my screen, nor has I had any communication from the company. I sent an email seeking an update and received a reply claiming logistical issues with the delivery supplier, with a solution expected soon. Whilst claiming excellent customer service, I didn't receive any further update, on 27th May I wrote again, and this time the reply claimed that it MAY be another couple of weeks. Finding an alternative supplier, I requested a refund and received a reply today that I have to wait 5-10 business days for it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

BUYERS NOTE - this company was liquidated in April 2025 (check Companies House website). I placed an order with them at the beginning of April (having used them before and been happy with the product) but have not received my order, or any response to any queries. Please do not use this company!!!!

Updated 29/05 - Further to the response below, still awaiting a reply from this company, whatever they are now called. Not particularly surprised, and now with the credit company to handle.

This company is clearly buying fake reviews to try and mask all the genuine reviews. I suspect they are running the site to keep taking money with little to no intention of supplying the goods, with the same excuses that they are so busy dispatching orders that it’ll take weeks to deliver. Trustpilot need to take action on the fake reviews to protect consumers.

Nightmare of a company, placed an order on 17th December 2024 and still not received anything other than excuses. Can't get my order or my money back, CH says gone into liquidation so why are they still trading?

Finally got my money back via my bank after placing an order in November 24, nothing received from the company other than excuses. Do not believe the recent good reviews, this company is a scam, none of the recent good reviews are verified. Do not place an order with them. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs this company is no longer trading and the site has been hacked by fraudsters

Bought 3 screens for the price of 1 in a special sale. Super happy

Bought one of the screens to use as wall art in our dining room and it's stunning. The pattern creates lovely shadows when the light hits it. Everyone who visits comments on it straightaway.

I ordered 10 screens in Nov 24, having listened to excuses about delivery problems, I finally requested a refund in March 25, I was emailed by someone in the company who said they cannot refund my card, and could only do the refund to my bank account via Revolut. I was emailed a supposed proof of transfer via Revolut and 6 weeks later I have still not received the funds and am not getting no response from the company, I am certain at this time Screen with Envy is running a scam, and I urge anyone who is thinking of buying anything from them not to do it. Like others in the thread I have order off this company before. I had no problems previously, however this time it's been an absolute nightmare.

I ordered a screen in black, originally wanted cream but no one could confirm when they will be in stock.
I ordered this on the 9th April and still not had a shipping date. I have to emails for updates, they haven't been forthcoming with any updates, stories have gone from not having a courier anymore as they can't ship this size.
The latest is they are moving stock from one distribution centre to another, however this seems to be a waste of time. Why move stock to ship, just ship the stock that's been ordered and then move what's left???

I've offered to collect, apparently not possible. I've asked why they haven't updated there website with the lead times on shipping to save other customers this headache. Didn't receive a reply!

There products are good, but not sure they are worth the wait, especially if your living without no fence or gate!

Had these up for over two years now in all sorts of British weather. Haven't had to do a thing to them unlike my neighbour's wooden fence that needs treating every summer.

These screens somehow manage to complement our Victorian hallway rather than clash with it. Delighted with the contrast of old and new
