Service from the team and especially Alfie was appalling. He did nothing but try and insert his dominance in the form of continuously speaking over me. Extremely condescending and sarcastic. All I needed was some one to understand my point in regard to an issue instead I was met with lack of care of regard to the situation. Even if you have proof of a problem it does not mean anything to them, as soon as you leave that show room it is your problem.

Great experience with RW
We bought our car from RW today and dealt with Stewart - at no point did we feel under pressure to make any decisions and Stewart was kind, patient and friendly. Overall very pleased with the experience and wouldn't hesitate returning next time we are in the market for a new car.

Very good garage
Recently bought a car from this garage and had a good experience from start to finish. Harry, the salesman who dealt with me, was helpful, straightforward, and easy to deal with throughout the process. There was no pressure, everything was explained clearly, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

I needed you guys to be good... and you were!
When you are looking to buy an EV Porsche and it's 4.5 hours away on a train - you need to hope that the guys selling are honest and trustworthy.
My experience has been superb. The car was exactly as described, the transaction was smooth and well managed.
As with all things, you only see the measure of a company when there's any issue, and my (minor one - cable issue) was sorted quickly and I was kept informed.

I bought my Nissan Juke from George this morning. I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3, and the entire experience was outstanding, largely thanks to Pete. From start to finish, his approach was the perfect balance of professional guidance and respect for the customer's space.
Pete took the time to go through every detail of the vehicle thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable with the technology and features. What I appreciated most was his zero-pressure approach; he gave me plenty of time to explore the car at my own pace, allowing me to truly get a feel for it.
As a Model Y owner himself, his insights were incredibly valuable. He provided honest, first-hand opinions and practical advice that you simply can't find in a brochure. From the first conversation, Mark was friendly, professional and made the whole process of buying my car really easy. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions honestly and didn’t put any pressure on me, which made the experience much more relaxed.
