This is a lovely store and very welcoming. We were looking at turntables, specifically the Audio Technia 120 and it's so much better to physically see it rather than just online. The staff were very knowledgeable, gave us good feedback and didn't push higher priced units. We chose recommended speakers with a built in amp and are very pleased with our purchases.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the store is located in a bus and pedestrian zone. If you are unaware of the area and drive through this zone to the other end, we found out later from the store staff that we may get a ticket. To pick up items from store, they recommended doing a 'u' turn from a nearby loading bay to avoid any issues.
Perhaps this could be highlighted on the website for the Solihull store so customers are aware.
It's been just over a week since our visit and no ticket yet, so we're keeping everything crossed 🤞😆

Great advice on which products to buy and why. Yes it cost more but I didn’t end up making an expensive mistake by buying something unsuitable.

I arrived at the store around 10:30 only to find that it didn't open until 12:00.
I could see people inside. Called them to say I was outside and wanting to collect an order. They opened up, dealt with my order and I left a very happy customer. Great customer service.

Purchased a new TV from the Solihull branch Sam was very good sorted out everything for me the staff are knowledgeable friendly and very customer focused the prices are also very competitive the delivery was also good a lot of care taken on top of that you get an extra year's warranty on your product which makes the whole experience first class would highly recommend

Richer Sounds are my default place to go for advice on anything 'hi-fi related'. I needed a new A/V amp as my existing one was faulty. Selecting a replacement was a challenge but when I outlined my existing setup to Karl, he explained the different options and the pros/cons of each which helped me select the perfect replacement. I'm very pleased with it - a Denon AVR-X2800H. Thank you.

Spoke to the tech over the phone about the TV I was interested in really good explanation on my issues, on the strength decided to order online, order went through at 3.45 pm Thursday afternoon delivered 07.45 am Friday morning. TV was better than expected plus a 7 year warranty to boot couldn't be happier

Great advice from Karl in the Solihull branch. Identified what cables I needed from my email request. Purchased them via the phone for delivery. Very reasonably priced and arrived on time. Highly recommended.

Staff were very helpful in explaining about the product and the delivery, most importantly they were not pushy in selling other products to me and therefore I will be coming to Richerr sounds in future
