Great service with the shop itself but it just took a couple of weeks to tell me my tv couldn’t be repaired which is a shame but Richer Sounds themselves was fantastic and I always recommend the to everyone

I knew what I wanted and there was no heavy handed attempt to upsell or push additional stuff (they did check my speakers were up to the job though).
Good price, easy payment process and super fast delivery the next day.

Firstly... THEY was not the cheapest. & wanted £20 delivery charge ontop.. BUT don't let that put you off.. i purchase an oled TV from richer sounds the flagship OLED55G56LS ... i was going to purchase the cheaper LG55C5 MODEL... the nice gentleman Carl or Gareth (sorry no good with names) asked what my main use was going to be, as I told him I wanted to use this as a pc monitor... he advised me to go for the G5 model, as this comes with 5 YEARS screen warranty from LG, (against screen burn) this was a prime example of customer care.. NOT a sales tactic.. it was the right thing to suggest... on price ... the tv was on sale at richer sounds for £1299 (and comes with a free LG SOUND BAR worth £199..) ... why i say not the cheapest .. very catalogue had the same tv in stock.. for sale at £1299 BUT THERE WAS A 10% OFF DISCOUNT CODE, making it £1169.10 BUT NO FREE SOUND BAR, I guess free .. IS NOT always free... the difference was still £130.. SO TO SUM UP .. WHY ONLY 4 STARS.. THATS WHY .. in my eyes I paid £1159.10 (£10 discount for joing vip club) for the tv & £130 for the sound bar.. the THING that swung richer sounds way.. customer care and 6 year guarantee.... Would recommend this shop... BUT MAYBE HONOUR a price match guaranteed price.. it says you do.. but when mentioned I was told.. but you get a FREE SOUND BAR.. it's not free if it's incorporated into some of the price... Only the 6 years extra guaranteed swung it for you... that's not the way to run a 5 star service... thank you 4 out off 5 stars

Not my local shop of Chester, but we were in Solihull for the weekend and popped for a browse as you do.
I ended up buying a Cambridge evo one to replace the hifi set up in the lounge, mainly for a cleaner more modern look but also to keep a good standard of sound I'm used to.
Sam was very helpful as we tested and listened to the evo in situ' on the shelf (i.e real life conditions) rather than the 'perfect' listening room.
We were very impressed and bought on the spot, so good advice given and a good salesman all in one.
5 days in using at home and quite impressed with the quality of the unit as a whole, easy set up on the Stream Magic app for streaming, CD player, TV Bluetooth and aux and quite a smooth envoloping sound with deep tight bass.
I must admit I do have a man cave with my main tradition hifi system to get my serious fix, but this all-in-one is a nice balance between modern life style convenience and excellent quality sound.

I bought some Chord Rumour X Cable and banana plugs [over the phone] and collected them the next day. They cable was cut to the exact lengths I required and was ready even earlier than requested! Such a great service! I have used Richer Sounds in the past and this purchase only cements [even more] my fondness for this great Hi-Fi company! Long may you last! [Vinyl forever of course😃🎸👍!!]

The honesty and integrity of the staff. When I was telling Marcus how I enjoy the little Denon MD41 system MORE than the Marantz 6007 CD player & amp* he agreed with the quality of sound, said they had one called it a work horse. The Denon has way more bottom than the Marantz and there is more going on down there than bass (*Denon through B&W 607 S1s brilliant) I bought two more sets.

Ordered a roll of speaker cable and an amplifier for my Audio Technica record player at the online shop, for pickup at the Solihull branch. Quick delivery (came in the next day), good service and communication (several emails from delivery agent to confirm when the products had gone out and arrived), good product description (helpful in choosing the right products). Would use RS again.

They sent an email for a product I would like, and I bought it. Job done. Marcus was very helpful. The product arrived two days later, what more could you need.

The team were very helpful, helped me pick out a system that fit my needs and explained the differences between several options I had considered.
