Consistently in my few visits (over a period of about three years) the staff have always been friendly, attentive and full of practical advice whilst I slowly upgraded my music system

Martin was very helpful which made the purchase easy. The package was delivered on time by courteous driver

TV I purchases last year developed a fault that the manufacturer couldn't fix. Liaised with the team at RS Solihull and they walked me through my options regarding a replacement. The Replacement TV has now been delivered and the faulty unit taken away. It's annoying that the TV broke to begin with but I can't fault RS for how the situation was handled.

Visited Solihull shop, gave them our budget and we were given excellent advice. You have to visit a shop to get the sound experience. Very happy with our speaker and turntable selection from the Argon range. Thanks Richard!

I bought a record deck which I found unsuitable for me, called customer services and they were very helpful and gave me instructions on my return, went back to the shop at Solihull and was treated very good I ordered another which was delivered very quickly, everything is now fine and sorted and I would like to say a big thank you for all your help and assistance. Great friendly service from the lads at Solihull, they seamed knowledgeable aboth the products and didn't push for a sale. Also friendly contact to see if all is OK with the product after a few days

I kept delaying a decision on buying a new Roberts DAB radio, thinking I wanted to buy it instore. I finally just called the RS telesales line. I spoke to Carl and had a good chat about what I needed, confirming that I'd made the right choice.

He swiftly dealt with my enquiry and sorted out the sale and it arrived the next day! Another great RS interaction - thank you for your consistency in a world seemingly gone mad.

Visited this shop after a recommendation, for record player and speakers. Spoke to Sam who couldn’t have been more helpful, explaining the products and establishing what I was after and happy to answer all my questions. No pressure to purchase. I phoned a few days later to place my order. Next day delivery was excellent. I made a further call with a query regarding set-up which was immediately answered. The customer service I received with each contact was excellent and friendly. I’m also delighted with the products and prices. It’s a joy to be playing vinyl again.

The week before Christmas we had an issue with our TV purchased just over a year earlier. When it couldn't be repaired in time for Christmas we were given a credit to purchase a brand new (and updated) equivalent with free next day delivery - and a guarantee starting from scratch. Unbelievable and unbeatable service!

Stuart is the deputy manager of Richer Sounds Solihull. For my last TV he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I hoped this time round Stuart was still there and he was. I explained what I needed and he pointed me in the right direction. The order and delivery process went well and now the tv etc has been installed by the ariel company who were also excellent. Stuart takes a genuine interest in what you need and how best to fulfill your requirements. Highly recommend.

What can I say about this company? Except that I had popped in just to have a look at the products and after asking Samuel in the Solihull store a few questions about the turntable and speakers I decided to have a coffee and I think about which product I wanted I could have the cheaper copy or pay a lot more and have the flagship item and again after some friendly professional advice, I decided if you want to have the best sound you need the best product. Samuel was proficient professional applied all times not overpowering like some salesman. He listened to my needs and advise me correctly and I’m so glad I made my purchase. I will definitely go back again when I need to enhance my sound system and recommend them very highly if you want a good turntable speakers and equipment to get that sound from your vinyl then go see Samuel in the Solihull store definitely worth more than five stars thank you very much for your professionalism and understanding top salesman with top knowledge definitely five star plus

You habe a massive choice in hifi's but though your staff have loads of knollege they think everone has the same , ok so i am knockin on a bit age wise but i still want to know what i am spending perhaps up to £1000 on a hifi ,not just a passing chat in between the next customer. In resent weeks mths i have been in your solihill store and knew no more than i did at the start. Yes i did make a perchace but did all the research i could myself. Why did i spend my cash at richersounds because the deal worked better for me ,ie 6yrs warranty

I had always bought from Richer Sounds on the basis they were light years ahead of competition in terms of customer service.

They always felt like a sensible business with sensible policies - rather than the computer says no in the face of common sense approach a lot of big companies operate within.

I recently bought a tv and sound bar and decided to use their 0% finance offer. Just be aware that their price promise doesn’t apply if you select finance - which is a bit disappointing.

Given it’s heavily advertised as a USP or the brand I was surprised too. I’m sure it’s written somewhere but it wasn’t obvious to me this would be the case.

It meant I ended up paying +£££ more for an item, which now makes me just think I should have bought from one of their competitors after all.

Staff were nice about it.
