I ordered an out of print book of short stories in which i am the author of 2 stories. The book "More Streetwise" edited by Neville Thompson was advertised by Revival as being in stock but instead they sent A simple twist in the tale which is a Neville Thompson book. I believe Revival stuck any book in the post and falsely advertised stocking a book they didn't have.

I ordered an Xbox Minecraft game from Revival Books ltd, through Amazon for my 8year old grandsons birthday it arrived in a brown envelope with nothing to protect it the box is broken and the disc was falling out had to pay for another game will never buy from them again ever 17,02,2026

BAD SELLER... ebay, REVIVAL BOOKS LTD sold me
Lego Star Wars 8095 set saying they'd checked it and was complete, But on arriving it is missing 6/7 smaller lego pieces but these are hard to find stickered/rare items plus a WHOLE minifigure was not there, The listing CLEARLY stated CHECKED AND COMPLETE including all minifigures!!!! I feel RIPPED off and totally MISLEAD!!! also no reply after messaging via ebay or directly from their email address they attached on the box they shipped it in!! if you can AVOID..DO!!!! my review reads pretty similar to alot of others on here!!!

I ordered a second hand book from Revival Books, via Abebooks. Books delivered quickly and in excellent condition - it looks brand new! Will definitely use again.

Ordered via We Buy Books on Ebay. Arrived in Revival packing the very next day.

I ordered a book, via Abe Books, on 11 April 2024. I paid for standard delivery, and they quoted 27 April. The book arrived on 13 April. Well packaged and exactly as described. I had cause to contact them on the day of the order as Abe Books had given them an old address. The lady I spoke to was understanding and helpful, and corrected the address. First class service.

Audio cds arrived promptly but both my orders arrived badly damaged as they had no protective packaging whatsoever.

I ordered a book months ago which has never arrived. I have contacted these people several times, but no reply has been forthcoming.

Shipping was a disaster, no protection for the book
I bought a very cool artbook from the company called Revival Books (aka webuybooks). But the book was packed in a simple cardboard envelope without any kind of protection whatsoever, despite being a fragile hardcover art book. The damage to the book is extensive: broken sleeve, bent cover, unglued and bent pages etc.

I have bought new and second hand books from Amazon, ebay, and other online shops from all over the world and I have never seen anyone ship a book in a simple cardboard envelope (not even a box, not to mention some other protection). Especially a big hardcover art book which should have been protected with bubble wrap or at least some cheap old crumpled newspapers.

This is not a professional way of shipping anything. I'm really disappointed in how a company called "Revival Books" treats the books, considering the lack of respect towards the books themselves and the customers in the end.

I ordered a book from them through ebay. They took my money and informed me it had been dispatched, then the estimate delivery date came and went and surprise surprise no book! I contacted them twice and they don't even have the decency to reply, I complained through ebay and they refunded my money. No apology, no excuse! ... Not only do they lie! but don't even bother to correspond. Stay well clear, they are a bunch of lying crooks.

Pretends the book gets lost in the post and then puts all their other copies up 4 times the price and won't replace it out of those, no, they refund you after 2 weeks and expect you to pay inflated price. Reported to Amazon. Fraudulent.

I buy the CD from them at Sept 2017 by ebay and they say the address they wrote wrong when posting to me so I won't be able to get my item.But they say once post office give back to them, I will get my refund back. After 2 months I ask them but they say haven't got the item back yet, so can't refund to me. At Dec 2017 I email again still same answer, this is so ridiculous. This year I was busy until last week (now March 2018) I suddenly remember back this, but now they have remove the item even the account in eBay. So now what? No reply or progress at all, I don't wish to get the refund already but atleast give me a proper answer about what's going on!

Extremely happy with my used book purchase. Excellent value, great condition - better than described, carefully packed and speedy delivery. Positives all round. Thankyou

Ordered books from Revival and received them in Spain, well ahead of the forecast date, in better condition than I expected and in record time!

Revival Books ltd is a reseller within amazon co uk - and a very fraudulent one.

Issue: they take money, but do not deliver the book; they stop emailing when complaining; they refuse to deliver the ordered and paid book; they refuse to reimburse the prepayment of non delivered book.

Order 203-3436107-8049142 by reseller Revival Books should have come 13 May 2017, it is now 7 June 2017, still no book.

The seller Revival Books stops mailing, does not want to refund, does not now where the book is.....and amazon.co.uk has no possibility to contact them - one can only contact the reseller!

So as customer one is, I am, totally powerless, I am ripped off by revival books ltd., and amazon co uk cannot be contacted.

A shame.
