Excellent service
The only reason I'm not not giving 5* was the delay. Other than that Lauren, Joe, Nikki and Anna have been exceptional with their service. Really lovely people that genuinely care.

Redloft have been incredibly helpful throughout the buying experience. Lauren who progressed the sale was always on hand to help and got back to any question promptly. I cant say much more than that!

Excellent staff and service
First time buyer and had a great experience dealing with Nikki and Moiz. Both were really quick to respond to queries, took my phone calls when I needed advice of reassurance and got the deal done quickly at their end. Very happy with my overall dealings with Redloft!

Excellent Service
I recently moved into my new flat and I just want to thank Joseph for all his help. I can’t recommended him enough he was extremely thorough upon handover and was always very prompt replying to emails and calls.

Redloft were brilliant at making sure the handover of my new home went smoothly. Among other details, they went through the meter readings, showed me where the meters were and handed me a detailed information pack about the property and its fixtures and fittings.
Taking over a new property has never been so easy before

We bought two flats at Dillon Court, Lauren Irwin was our Redloft Sales person. We found her very friendly, professional, patient, nothing was too much trouble, from start to finish she understood our needs and made our purchases run smoothly.
I think she was the best Property Sales person l have ever dealt with.

I can’t praise Red Loft enough
I can’t praise Red Loft enough. My partner and I were not only buying our first home, but doing so during the latter stages of the birth of our first child! That coupled with several challenges dealing with our solicitor made this an extremely challenging and stressful time.
We were given excellent service throughout the whole process, particularly by Lauren Irwin.

Outstanding Lauren
After a very long, frustrating and tiresome but process (6 months) which no fault to RedLoft I have finally completed and moved into my new apartment on 29th April. Almost can’t believe i have moved in as there were times I thought it wasn’t going to happen. Firstly I had to changed lender twice one stating they where over exposed on the development and the other under valued the apartment due to a huge mistake from the surveyor (I have to keep it clean here but I have no kind words for him) this put at least a month delay. Then found another lender which had a long process for surveyor again but this was more for waiting for EWS1. HOWEVER during this 6 months saga Lauren from Red Loft went over and above her remit to chase and push things along. Connecting me with a reasonable solicitor. There was constant and regular communication. If I could describe the service I received it would be OUTSTANDING.
Completion and handover went smoothly.
A massive thank you and very grateful for all you have done to get us here

I’ve recently let a property from Red…
I’ve recently let a property from Red Loft and they made the process seamless throughout. Joseph was not only polite and helpful, but knowledgable about all areas of the property and lease. I was a bit nervous as this was my first let and a big step for me, but Joseph made me feel at ease and no question or query was too much for Joseph to answer. Our first home
We have just moved into our first home and could not be happier with the service received by Red Loft, especially Nikki and Moiz. From our very first meeting, Moiz was available and able to answer all of our questions. We asked to visit the property a few times before we moved in and this was always accommodated. A smooth move
Moving in the middle of pandemic is certainly not an easy task, but, Red Loft have attempted to make the move as easy and smooth as possible. Communication has been frequent and timely and a huge effort has been made to ensure that we are able to enjoy our new home.
