Andrew Craig in Gosforth have recently sold my mums bungalow for me.I was kept well informed every step of the way and everyone was really helpful which made the transaction really easy and stress free.

An excellent service and experience by Julie and the team at Boldon Office. This was my first time purchasing a property and it went smoothly from start to finish. For me, the whole process was around 2 months so quicker than the average house sale. I can't speak for the other offices but I would highly recommend the Boldon Office if you are looking for a property in that area.

Andrew Craig (Sunderland office } were very unprofessional during my attempt to buy a property ,communication was poor and the overall experience was frustrating and disorganised ,one member of staff really let the branch down ,she was rude and talked over you,I wont be dealing with them again based on my experince …..follow on …..Dear Andrew Craig,

My offer was accepted. I then proceeded in good faith and incurred costs for solicitor fees and associated work on the understanding that the sale was agreed, subject to contract.

After this, I was informed the property was no longer available. The property is still being advertised for sale, which makes your explanation even more concerning.

This was not simply about an unsuccessful offer. It was about an accepted offer, money spent on my part, and what I consider to be poor and misleading communication from your office.

I expect honesty and transparency during a property transaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Love this estate agent. Andrew Craig deal with both the letting and sale of my property with admirable efficiency and dedication throughout. They are a great friendly and highly professional team. I am very grateful to them for their service and support

I began using the service of the Andrew Craig agency in Jarrow in 2022 because of the relatively good reviews it had online. My job took me away from my property for an extended periods of time and in the first two years there were a few full-management issues which were normally settled without too much hassle. However, from the beginning of 2025, due to my prolonged absence, the agency did not look after the property well, enabling small issues to be fixed at overcharging rates by their "reputable contractors" who would acquire handsome profits through this unethical practice. The agents Sholynne, Joani and Denise have been particularly unprofessional and unethical in their dealings with my house by not doing the work they were paid to do, but also charging twice for it. I cannot say enough how greedy, nasty and unethical they all were. Stay away from this agency if you can. Would not wish anyone to go through what I have been with them.

We recently purchased a property, and the entire process was remarkably stress free.

This was largely thanks to Kayley, who handled our transaction with the utmost professionalism and a very friendly manner. Throughout every stage, from the initial enquiry right through to completion, Kayley kept us consistently well informed, which gave us great peace of mind.

Great experience with the Boldon office selling my home. Alex was very knowledgeable about the local area and the how the market was doing when she came out to value, and Julie was a great point of contact throughout the sale process. Rang to view a property and asked to confirm if I had my broker etc which I confirmed I had. Then bombarded by Mortgages now , their other business asking me to log into my mortgage account ! Absolutely furious they have shared me details without consent and ignored my wishes .I certainly won't be buying through them , as goodness knows what other data breaches they do !

The Boldon office were extremely professional throughout the selling process. Julie and Alex were responsive and engaged and ensured I was fully informed. Some of the viewers did suggest that they would have liked to receive a bit more information about the property before the viewing but on the whole I feel that Andrew Craig's years of experience of selling property in the area and understanding of the market really paid off for me and the whole process, from putting the house on the market to completion, took just over two months.

Olivia helped me with the purchase of my very first home, and she was nothing short of an absolute godsend. The whole situation was very stressful as a solo first time buyer, but Olivia was a breath of fresh air and made everything SO much easier for me. She never made me feel like any of my (many) questions were silly, and went out of her way to make sure that I understood each step of the process. She was understanding and supportive through the whole process, and took so much stress out of the situation. I would absolutely recommend Andrew Craig, and specifically Olivia, to others that are looking to purchase a home in the future. I sold dads house with the help of the staff in the South Shields office. They were very proactive and worked hard to promote the property, arranging and facilitating viewings on my behalf.
