I have been dealing with Vicki collier and she has been nothing short of amazing. I am selling my property in very difficult circumstances and am completely naive to the process. Vicki has been so incredibly supportive and understanding and has gone far above and beyond to help and support me . I cannot tell you how much this has meant to me in my situation. She has helped to build trust with me and made me feel more positive and that I am able to actually do this . She is fantastic and deserves a promotion!!!

I had a clarity session with Joseph and found the whole experience incredibly helpful and reassuring.

Joseph was extremely friendly, approachable and genuinely seemed to care about helping me make the right decision for myself and my family. I felt that he really listened to me and took the time to understand my individual circumstances, rather than simply trying to encourage me to sell.

I thought the clarity session was such a proactive and valuable way of supporting people who are considering selling their shared ownership property. Joseph went above and beyond in my opinion. He gave me useful information, helped me look at my options from different perspectives and gave me plenty of food for thought.

Most importantly, I never felt pressured. I felt that Joseph genuinely wanted to help me gain clarity and make the decision that was right for me.

I came away from the session feeling much clearer about my options and with a lot to think about. I’m really grateful for the time and care Joseph put into the session and would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is unsure about what their next steps should be.

We had a clarity session with Keaze from Joseph and honestly I have nothing to complain about. Joseph was very friendly and reassuring, it was great to be provided the opportunity to discuss the selling process for our shared ownership property. When we staircased a few years ago there were a few surprises in the process we were not aware of. Being offered this session prior to selling to ask any questions and be informed about the whole process is a great benefit as an owner.

If I could give this a zero or minus I actually would. I made an enquiry via Zoopla about a property a week ago in Wakefield not far from where I live and also made a phone call to the estate agent to book a viewing. Unfortunately I had no response after this week and from a customer perspective this is very dissapointing.

This does not represent the values and professionalism of an estate agent and can’t even put the complaint through??? Don’t think I’ll use these cockney prawn sandwiches again.

Lists properties that are not available. Saw a shared ownership property on rightmove.sent a email. Received a poorly worded email directing me elsewhere. On making further enquiries the property is not available. Unsure if this is the norm.
