Red Light to this Con!
Love to give it no stars, absolute con. They list a number of hotels as part of their Two Night Premium Escapes. Click on any of them you get a small icon and the word Loading... but it never does, doesn't matter how long you wait or how often you try. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Believe they are now part of Moonpig - this will adversely affect their brand!

Bought a driving experience for my Husband for Christmas only to find out once he tried to book , it has been downgraded .
No customer service number just a ridiculous chat that has limited hours .
Avoid any bookings with this company .

I asked for a refund
I asked for a refund, a little over the time limit, due to not being able to access the offices on a late Sunday pm. Next day, I had a power cut so no access again. Next day, I 'chatted' with AI, a little confusing at first, but eventually with a real person who was really helpful and I finally was able to negotiate a full refund. So thank you Nahmia and RLD.

The attractions I attended were great
The attractions I attended were great. However, the booking process with the vouchers was certainly not straightforward and very convoluted, in the end I had to make telephone calls to confirm my attendance.

Red Letter Days is not fit for purpose
Red Letter Days is not fit for purpose. After approx 4 online chats, wasting about 2 hours of my time, I have finally been able to book an experience. The advisors I have spoken to have been very helpful so I have no complaints about them. I will definitely NOT buy any further vouchers and will certainly not recommend anyone else buy them either. My voucher was for £96 and we have booked Slug and Lettuce bottomless brunch. This has used up all credit on my account. However, to book direct with them would only have cost £68. A complete rip off in my opinion. My partner bought this for me for Christmas. He has apologised so many times over all the hassle of trying to book this (even though none of it is his fault).
