The delivery was not quite next day but could have been down to issues on the local roads, which is beyond anyones control. Also. The app to track the delivery wasn’t very clear. Nevertheless, I got my delivery and I love the product. My ex bought one before we split up so I knew what I was getting which is a fantastic product.

I’ve ordered two mini massage guns as gifts. They come in a lovely case and box.
Don’t be put off by the rose gold picture which looks very pink. It’s actually a soft rose gold. Would definitely recommend this company 😊

I am an Osteopath, and I've been using Recovapro guns since 2020. I have their first edition, but I needed an upgrade. Recovapro Max is anything that you need from a massage gun! There's no much to add, buy it and you'll see. Definitely no need to look for competitors, the value for money is great!

Updated review! My recover pro arrived today after I was wondering about my delivery arrival after it was a few days late. Got in touch with recovapro and they told me they are having a problem with deliveries going missing! All sorted now guys thank you you recovapro I can’t wait to try it later!

I purchased my Recovapro SE less than a year ago and unfortunately it developed a fault.
I was able to send the item away for repair under warranty, but the communication with customer services wasn’t great. It was difficult to get in touch with someone via email and impossible over the phone.
After 3 weeks, my item was returned and now works as expected.
Overall, the product is fantastic, but the customer service is disappointing.

I’ve had my Recovapro for several years now & it has been excellent, some of the best money I have spent. Their customer service however is truly shocking, their phones don’t work, they fail to respond to emails. What should have been a straightforward battery replacement took weeks.

Im still waiting for a technician to contact me regarding repairing my Recovapro Lite, which is still under guarantee. Contact with them it virtually impossible. I just want to be able to use it again. The magnetic charger is not available to buy online, so I can't even do that..

Contact has been made today and I'd hoping it will be either replaced or repaired..

I ordered a massage gun a couple of weeks or so ago. Charged £5.99 for "next working day" delivery. DPD tracking currently says that they have my order but are yet to receive my parcel. This appears to mean that they just haven't sent my parcel from the warehouse yet. I have emailed twice and been ignored. I have now asked my physio to email as they know someone at the company, which is a real shame as he recommended it to me.
I'm hoping they resolve this ASAP rather than just stealing my money!

Update: The Customer Services have been in touch and issued a refund of the postage charge (which seems like the least they can do). I understand that Recovapro believe it's a problem at the courier end more than theirs and I'm willing to accept that and look forward to receiving my item.
Based on my experience of the product, I will update my review again in the future.

I have used this for about 5 times since getting it. Easy to use. Feel it is helping my fascia and improving my flexibility

I love my recovapro massage gun! As someone who races marathons on consecutive weekends and often around Europe, it’s awesome that I can start my recovery process as soon as I cross the finish line! Lovely and small for those tricky baggage rules too! You can use it everywhere!

My daughter ordered a replacement charging kit for her Recovapro massage gun (left original abroad). Paid for next working day delivery. Order confirmed, DPD messaged to say they were waiting for the parcel. Since then ....nothing.....DPD not received parcel, no updates, no parcel, no response to emails, telephone number doesn't work. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service and I'm angry that a young teenager appears to have been ripped off.

Edit to Add:
A few hours after writing this my daughter was emailed to hopefully resolve this situation. I will edit my review again upon successful resolution of this situation. I am grateful for the contact that has now been made. Thank you.

Bought two of the latest massager but received used and repaired one. Trying to return them but didn't get replied till open a case in PayPal. Now after 2 months communication, still not able to return and get my money back.
Don't fall in their trap by looking at 90 days return policy, you will be responsible to pay postage and not even get refund.
