Great service quick repair

I had a problem with my charger your employee was very helpful and even checked to see if the replacement worked ok

I had a knee operation a year ago and a thigh muscle op 10 years ago.
I've had problems with the knee and thigh ever since. The muscles are constantly tight and it's painful to walk.
TWO 10 Minute goes with my new massager light version the pain has drastically reduced. I never right reviews, but this machine is fantastic. I now want the pro version . Need to start saving.

Product is ok but worst Custer service. The telephone number on their website does not work and after serval emails from me about the poor battery life (a fraction of what is advertised) they have answered 1 email with a question after many weeks. I may as well have bought it for the back of a lorry!

If I could rate this company 0 I would. Tonight I thought we had reached an agreed resolution via email - copies of correspondence have been retained.

I received an email apologising for the inconvenience that had been caused to me in dealing with a faulty recovapro over the last 6 weeks and offering me an upgraded replacement. As a caviat to receiving an upgraded replacement they asked that if I would reconsider my review. I politely replied that I would accept the upgraded replacement for the inconvenience but would only reconsider my review if it arrived in a timely manner and proved not to be faulty, but it was not a guarantee of an amended review.
The result was an email by return rescinding the offer of an upgraded replacement, so clearly any inconvenience I have suffered over the last six weeks did not matter. Only that I would not amend my initial review!
Make of that what you will, but I would not buy from this company again. Their customer service is non existent and so far I have only experienced a faulty product!
Interestingly if I did amend my review as requested it would be contradictory to trust pilots guidance! As below:

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Bought a replacement charger with travel adapters. The adapter was delivered at the beginning of November without the travel adapters. To date I have been trying to resolve the issue with Customer service which has been a slow and awful experience, they are now not responding. The charger is very cheap quality too. Not a great experience for a cheap quality item. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

Battery doesn't appear to hold a full charge...when plugged in the indicator lights show full charge after a period of charging, as soon as it is unplugged, battery indicator drops to about 50%, haven't yet reached out to Recovapro, other priorities, plus the things weighs 1kg, I fear they will want me to post it back at my cost in order to fix the apparent defect.

Plus reviews of Recovapro are mixed, poor customer service seems to be often cited, and they have even earned a trustpilot warning about incorrectly representing trustpilot scores. Red flags all over.

First of all, my name is Brad, not Ben. I still haven’t received my recovapro, nor can I track it. I have no idea when I will get because your customer service team has not responded to me. I ordered it over a month ago. I’d give you 0/5 stars but that’s not an option.

Very efficient repair, diagnosed online!

An excellent product that I felt immediate benefit from one minute into using the massage gun on my problem left shoulder. I now use it before and after training, even just for 5 mins and it really helps. I was also really impressed by the quality of packaging and the overall brand

I ordered weeks ago and at the time of the order I got a marketing speak email from Andrew Jackson along the lines of 'aren't we great, product on its way' and still not received despite chasing up. Andrew said they were waiting for stock delivery and have since been advertising on Insta the same massage ball so either it is now in stock, so please ship, or this is a scam company. Either way, I would find the same product elsewhere and avoid Recovapro cause there's nothing pro about this outfit.

They have no cancelled the order as I have chased it and sent 3 very sarcastic emails from their customer service team (unbelievable) and have lied in every email. I am happy they have cancelled the order but have yet to see the money back in my account.

I really would find the same product elsewhere because this is a scam and fraudelent.

AVOID! Terrible company, will never use nor recommend again.
Took my money knowing full well the product wasn't in stock, sent an email saying it had been shipped using next day delivery when it hadn't - DPD said they were given a shipping number but no item & took days for them to actually respond to numerous emails asking where it was. The phone number is always conveniently busy. When they finally responded on 4th Dec - a week after the order - I was told they were waiting for stock but should arrive in on the 7th Dec. On the 7th Dec, when again the shipping status of the item hadn't changed- contacted again. I was told all remaining stock would be delivered on the 10th Dec. I stated that I would give until then but if not shipped by then I wanted a refund. Nothing sent on the 10th Dec so contacted on the 10th Dec asking for a full refund. I'm still waiting for a response so am contacting the bank to get my money back

I’ve come here wondering if other people are having the same experience and clearly they are. The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL. I’ve never received such discourteous unapologetic responses to a warranty claim. My recovapro has broken (2nd warranty claim
Within 1 year)- this time around, i received no apologies, I’ve had to chase up replies to my emails and now it’s been collected and no one’s actually told me what happens now. I paid the extra money as I thought I was getting a reliable Product with a reputable brand. Clearly not! Do not buy from here because it will break and the customer service is shocking.

I’m not one to write a bad review but I’m just so shocked at the rude and appalling people working in their customer care team.

Customer service is absolutely terrible!!! I am currently trying to return my recova pro for it to be inspected as it has become faulty due to no fault of mine. The recova pro has stopped charging and is no longer working due to this. I reached out to customer services via their website and emailed them with my issue. They take forever to reply and responses are very bland and seem to be without care.

I reported the faulty item on 15 November 2023 and still it has not been collected. I paid the collection fee and asked when the item will be collected. I had no response for 5 days until I received a generic message from Andrew the co founder telling me thank you for my customs as a returning customer like what the hell like seriously? I emailed back and i got a response!!!!!

Ok so benefit of the doubt i was asked when i would like the item picked up i said Saturday 9th between 9 and 12. Guess what… no response! I emailed yesterday for the same bland careless response of ‘i was emailed confirming this’. If i was emailed confirming this why would i be asking?

This absolutely ridiculous and i hope my item is fixed as soon as possible. I cannot believe it has driven me to write this review and normally i cant be bothered.

To other customers I will be providing an update once the item has been picked up and fixed or if I am told some nonsense about its my fault.

This massager is awesome, a real quality product at half the price of the competition. The bag has a quality feel also along with the full range of attachments, can't recommend it enough!

TERRIBLE customer service. I tried to cancel my order before it arrived, this didn't go through and they delivered it any way. Then I tried to return it. I could never get through to their phone number, and only after multiple emails, and messages sent on their online help (over 2 weeks!) they got back to me. Informing me that to return from Northern Ireland the shipping fee would be £20(!!!). In this day and age this is unacceptable. I will NEVER be using them again and will actively dissuade people from using them. A terrible company.

I ordered my item and paid for next day delivery. It was showing as in stock prior to, and after, ordering and I received confirmation of this order from them. The carrier also informed me over the next 3 WORKING days that they were awaiting receipt of the item and would update me.

At the very end of the working day of the 3rd day, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled 'as requested' by me.

I was not able to call back immediately, as their line was not connecting. A regular and convenient 'fault' according to other reviewers. Now I know why. I emailed them to state very clearly that I had NOT cancelled my order at any time and could they reinstate the order immediately, due to a mistake on their part.

I received not a reply from them at all and the item is now showing as out of stock.

I had to check myself if they even bothered to refund me. The experience was far from good to say the least - the level of contact or service from them is utterly lacking, unprofessional and appalling.

Never again.

Update:

I see that Recovapro had prompty replied to my Trustpilot review here. Shame they could not have bothered to reply to me before. It is interesting to note that they now claim to have 'reached out' to me. This is an outright LIE and certainly was not the case. No effort was made to contact me at all to update or address the matter.

The only reaching out that they did was to tell me that the order was cancelled, 3 days after the initial order. And erroneously stating that I had cancelled it.

The fact that they will give a dishonest and distorted account says it all about them and to save face on Trustpilot. All they had to do was say, 'Sorry WE messed up in both NOT fulfilling your order and then claiming that YOU had cancelled it, whilst giving NO updates.'

Unprofessional, incompetent and underhand with a disgusting attitude.
