We took out car insurance and gave all the correct information but received an email to say that our premiums would be increasing by an additional £73 due to us transferring the car to our son 6 months after we initially bought it and basically we were stating that we had the car for 6 months longer than the DVLA records showed. Naturally this was irritating and seemed unfair. Rang and spoke to James D who managed to calm me down and was extremely helpful and efficient. Ringing me back as he said he would and resolving the issue and having the additional charge removed. If I always knew that I would get someone like James D on the phone when calls like this were required I might not be upset in the first place. Not always the case unfortunately. Well done James and thank you for sorting the issue.

I called RCIB today regarding advice on a change I needed to make to a recent car insurance policy I have taken out with them and I was lucky enough to be put through to a very helpful chap called Ian Wells who advised me on what I needed to do and managed to save me some extra costs in the process, very quick and very efficient and great customer service.

Had a few issues (my ignorance no one else) and they sorted it for me immediately

I was sat on the in the car park in my new car got through straight away no hassle very easy to sort out the member of staff that helped me I was so grateful for as she started the policy as soon as so I could drive back home Thankyou so much I forever stick with this company always helps me

Cheryl Austin has gone out of her way to support me through one the hardest times in my life, maternity leave! My income has dropped and she has taken the time to listen and adjust my policy, sending me emails which has been so much easier than constantly being on the phone with a small baby. She has shown me such kindness that I would recommend your company to anyone I know. This level of customer service experience has set the bar high for even how I deliver to others when I return back to work.
