Since transferring to Pure Talk in October, I miss calls and texts continually. 14 days ago we made the decision to go back to our old service, PureTalk system was down, so this could not occur, I have called at least 5 times to speak with supervisor and sent email, they obviously do not have supervisors. Should be a simple fix, but it has been a nightmare.

I put five stars for my coverage, which I can not put up there because I’m only giving one to CUSTOMER SERVICE because I can’t get through to them on their freaking phones because I’d like to buy a phone, but I don’t understand why they don’t have enough people in CUSTOMER SERVICE to promote me and others to go buy a phone somewhere else

I called for help when locked out of my voicemail. Tianna (sp.?) was gracious, patient, and helpful in resolving my issue. She made a technical issue easy to understand for me. She's a stellar ambassador for PureTalk and an excellent example of good customer service.

decent service for the price plans, never really had a problem with them until this past weekend (3 days) when their entire system was down for no reason, no explanation, or chat to help those who didn’t have access to their accounts or data. truly disappointing. do better.
Extremely poor for International NO SERVICE…
Extremely poor customer service and experience when traveling internationally. Pre trip communications with PURETALK Customer Service and was told international would not be a problem. Arrived and phone does not work. So glad we have a high quality service with STARLINK and we are able to use WIFI CALLING. PURETALK is useless for international.
A day after my service was authorized…
A day after my service was authorized to be activated the website went into "Maintenance in Progress. Be back soon" It's been 6 days! The site must have been hacked or something. Not a good look. I'll cancel my service next week. Very very disappointing. This company needs to do better.
Prior to two weeks ago
Prior to two weeks ago, I would have gladly given a raving five star review. My phone stopped working. The message I kept getting was that my device wasn't connected to a network. My wife's phone still works. We're on the same plan. I called customer service and tech support. They were very kind, and seemingly helpful as they said there was a problem with my Sim card. They tried to fix it, with no luck. I got frustrated, because due to my job, I need to have communication, finally I just ordered a new phone from Puretalk, and paid for rushed delivery. The next day my phone was delivered, and I followed the step by step process to transfer stuff and get it going. Same message. Your device is not connected to a network. I've tried the web site and the customer service number at least twice a day for the past five days with no contact or response. I'm under a contract, but I think it's been broken now.
“System Maintenance”!! (Really?)
Your system to transfer to a new phone has been down at least 5 days now!! “System Maintenance, we’ll be right back” is the only message!! What’s up?? WHEN will you have your system running?
I signed up for a phone and service…
I signed up for a phone and service with Puretalk last week. I received my phone on Wednesday May 13th. Went online to activate my service and phone. The website was down I called customer service who stated they cannot do anything at the moment. It's now Saturday and the systems are still down. I have not been able to activate my phone or service for 4 days. This is not a good start at all. I will be returning my phone and canceling my service if this is not fixed by Monday.
Great Professional Service
I had people that were very kind, professional and caring. I could understand them and my switch from another went smooth except for a glitch with my previous provider. I have been with Pure Talk for about 2 weeks. Everything is great. I received a discount for my military service. I have already recommended this company to friends.
I was happy for a while… But not now
I have been with pure talk for about eight years now, and in that time at the beginning, it was great, then I moved to a different area. That’s when the problems began.
For the last few years, I have had issues with coverage. I moved again just recently, and there’s almost 0 coverage where I live.
I am trying to go over to a new carrier, and pure talk and their website are down and there’s no way to call them or get a hold of them before my next bill which I’m wanting to cancel before the bill cycle.
In the meantime, I can’t get a hold of anyone and I have barely any service on my phone it’s very frustrating and I’m not sure what to do. I’m hoping that their website is up and running soon and even their phone number isn’t working right now, which is kind of concerning to me not happy.

Service is great, Spam calls are not.
Service is pretty great, actually. I have to drive through BFE to get to work and it loses signal in unsurprising spots. The ONLY reason I am giving them 3 stars is because never in my life have I received so many Spam calls since switching to PureTalk. I had Xfinity until last summer, when I decided to switch. I'm thinking about going to Straight Talk. I transferred my daughter's phone to ST to see if it's any better. PureTalk must sell your info, as I cannot think of any other reason that this would be happening. I transferred my number, so it's not like I'm getting anyone else's calls. Pretty frustrating, tbh.

I recently joined PT for my wireless…
I recently joined PT for my wireless carrier and leaving Xfinity. Good quality phone provider is Xfinity but by far one of the worst customer service networks I’ve ever encountered. One of the main reasons I left for PureTalk. PT worked with me on a call with Xfinity to get things switched over. Absolute nightmare to get this done. Hours with Xfinity on the phone and in the store, and PT got it done finally. So far so good with PT and a heck of a lot cheaper 👌
