I've had PureTalk for several years already. Since it uses AT&T towers, it's the only one that works at my vacation home in the upper peninsula of Michigan. The only problem has been that my cell phone pings off Canadian towers more than American towers. I called and talked to a representative named Therese today and asked if there was any way I could purchase more roaming-Therese helped me to change to a new plan that cost no more but increased my roaming to 3x what I've had in the past. That should definitely help!

I had a problem with my phone not connecting to network data even doe I had enough data on my phone. I try to fix the issue by myself from YouTube videos giving advice and that took me a week to realize that I need a Technician from Puretalk to help me. Am so happy they did through customer service to help configure some settings with my Access Point Name.

I'm a senior who needed a new phone so I was shopping around. I was with Consumer Cellular at the time which I was okay with but their plan for unlimited data was way too expensive. With Pure Talk, they gave me unlimited data, text and talk and a new phone included. I didn't want a fancy phone or an iPhone and they had a special on a BLU phone so I took it. The plan I got was on special too. The sweet lady I spoke to treated me with kindness and respect and in English which I could understand. I have been extremely happy with my service and coverage.

I have had PureTalk for a few months now. The service is great. I had one problem with text messages that was resolved with one phone call to Customer Service. Mikie got right to the source of the problem. I needed to uninstall the Sim card from my previous provider. I was restored within minutes. It was so nice to talk someone that I could understand! 5 Stars!

I switched from AT&T which was a nightmare all on its own. We got the phone connected and phone # ported after 5 calls and over 2 hrs on the phone. Then his plan included a tablet. We have spent over 6 hrs on the phone and still no tablet hooked to the plan. They do answer the phone unless it was during the 6 days there system was completely shut down. I wanted to like them but looks like I will be returning the phones we purchased and switching back to AT&T. They blatantly lied and told customer service I wanted a refund instead of helping me! They refused to give me a supervisor in technical support and in customer service.

I’ve been with Pure Talk for well over a year. The service is as good as Verizon that I had for twenty yrs. My bill is just over 1/2 of VZW. The Greatest thing I like at Pure Talk is US based customer service. It is refreshing to talk to and understand the person on the other end. They have always been prompt, hold times are always little to none. I switched and I recommend you switch to Pure Talk now.

My support assistant, Latoy, was able to correct major problems with my hot spot service. I am so grateful and she needs to be treated exceptionally. Thank you, Dale Miller.
The one complaint I have is that the PureTalk system is not very accurate when I try to purchase one time blocks of 2GB data for my hotspot. It always seems to credit that purchase towards my general phone data. I wish they would correct that. Thank you.

What made the experience great when I had to resolve a small issue what’s the fact that the customer service representative was absolutely terrific. I believe her name was Cheryl. She could not have been more professional and just outright nice!

I didn't have the service but I called in to check how long it would take to get a sim card. I started the conversation with "I have lots of questions" but I couldn't get a word in edgewise. The csr asked far too many questions: trying to play salesman I suppose: and I had to get almost rude to get an answer to one question. I felt like if she could have, she would have reached through the phone and Forced me to sign up. And for that reason, I won't.

Got the change effected in our PureTalk plan. Customer representative very helpful. Very pleased with PureTalk as mobile service provider and their pricing!

When I called this morning because I'd failed to receive a login text, Lauren not only assisted me with that, but helped me choose an affordable upgrade to ease my data problems. I've been with the company quite a while, but the help of a dedicated professional can really make a customer's day, especially over a holiday weekend!

We’ve had PureTalk for our cell phone service for over 2 years and highly recommend them. $50 per month for 2 cell phone numbers, each with 5GBs of data. Support is based in the U.S.

We had Pure talk for a year and had no complaints. We had good coverage and excellent customer service. However our summer location is deep in a canyon where AT&T has zero signal, we couldn't get WiFi calling to work consistently, so have switched back to Vz.
The customer service reps were great during the switch and had no hard sell tactics trying to keep our business. Great job and very good pricing.

My husband and I use puretalk and we’ve never had an issue so we talked my mom into switching over to puretalk and it has been the biggest mistake!! She’s had her phone for two weeks now and we were patient when their system went down and now they can’t port her number or even give her a new one. She had to pay an extra month on her current phone just to have a phone and that was after paying for the puretalk service and phone! I absolutely will never ever suggest them to anyone again. The way they have just shrugged my mom off is ridiculous. They don’t value their customers nor what they claim to stand for.

I’m very thankful I could understand Jack. He took care of all my needs and PureTalkUSA has been a great phone service.
