I would recommend the event to eveyone
I would recommend the event to anyone new to the property flipping business. Tom made me stand up in front of everyone, I was extremely nervous but it definitely helped my learning experience.

Typical power eaters
I understand it a business however from the beginning they shove down your throat it's free everything is free free training no money needed etc then you sign up and join the almost 3 hour online webinar in which 2.5 hours of that Tom (not so humble anymore) speaks about himself they show you cars and watches and speak of holidays instead of making the webinar an hour and showing you how they work and how it's done. Then they hit you with £8500 for the training in which everyone leaves because they shouldnt have advertised for free. I asked a family member to put my child to sleep so I could sit down and join this webinar interested and engaged and excited for an opportunity to find out the only way to start this opportunity is to spend two months of my husband's salary in order to just join the training. Coming from someone who spoke for 2 hours about how humble he is and where he came from and how hard life was for him he clearly got greedy in the process more concerned about scamming you into the training with money you just don't have hence why you were excited in the first place to listen and learn of a way you can make money especially after repeating over and over no money needed at all.... So disappointing and they ended up being like every other false promised money greedy business out there. Don't bother unless you want to listen to Tom speak about himself for 2 hours and you have £8000.
I'm sure after this you can make money but why waste people's time with the lies that you don't need money. Why not accept those in for training and take commission off there sales instead but give people who have little a chance.

To clarify — our free training is exactly that: free. The webinar is designed to provide context, strategy and transparency about what building an online business actually involves. We believe in showing the full picture, including what is realistically possible when executed properly.
There is absolutely no requirement to purchase anything to attend the training. At the end of the webinar, we present an optional advanced mentorship programme for those who want structured implementation support, accountability and a faster path to results. It is not suitable for everyone, and we make that clear.
Building a legitimate business is not a “get rich quick” scheme. While you do not need money to begin learning, scaling with mentorship, systems and hands-on guidance is a separate decision for those who are ready to commit at a higher level.
We do not guarantee results and we do not pressure anyone into joining. Thousands of people attend our free training without purchasing anything further.
We understand that this opportunity may not align with everyone’s current circumstances, and we genuinely wish you success in whichever direction you choose.
For anyone reading this: if you are looking for instant returns with no commitment, we are likely not the right fit. If you are looking for structured support, proven systems and a serious approach to building something long-term, we are happy to show you what that looks like.
Misleading !!
An awful company and completely dishonest in their approach. They charge you random amounts and all the stuff is what you can find online. No compliance and no checks at all. They charge you £47 per month for non sense software and don’t mention this to you and say it’s free for life. They are making all their money by selling courses nothing else. They sell on skool make money via community and portray a different picture. Biggest scum there is. Tom Wade and team give you same bull crap non sense how he started etc all non sense. I will never fall for this again ever.
Please note this training is not free I can provide proof of everything. Everything I have said is true. They mislead without a doubt. I will also complain to the trading authority in the UK as they have said in their reply that training is free and it’s certainly not. Don’t be fooled just watch before you spend with them.

We strongly dispute a number of the claims made in this review, as they do not accurately reflect the situation.
To clarify, a full refund was issued in line with our policy. The £47 software charge mentioned appears to have been processed in error, and we are currently reviewing this internally to ensure it is rectified promptly. It was certainly not a “random” or hidden charge, and we take billing accuracy seriously.
We categorically reject suggestions of dishonesty or lack of compliance. These are serious allegations and do not reflect how we operate as a business.
Our programmes are structured educational and mentorship services. Like any legitimate training organisation, we generate revenue from the courses and support we provide — this is transparent and clearly outlined before purchase.
We provide extensive free training so individuals can understand what is involved before deciding whether to move forward. Any advanced programme is entirely optional, and there is no obligation to join.
We remain committed to resolving genuine concerns professionally and encourage the reviewer to contact us directly so we can ensure everything is properly addressed.

I would give this guy a zero. I bought his 4-week program, being very confused about it all from the start. Tom Wade was not clear about what exactly his program is about and the steps involved. Making promises about making a certain amount of money in 30 days. I should have known!
Let's just say that after 4 weeks of testing this out, it didn't work for me, and I requested a refund, but they refused. That says everything and shows how much they "care" about their customers. Big waste of time and money all in all. You have been warned!

However, we need to clarify a few important points. We do not guarantee income or promise that anyone will make a specific amount of money within 30 days. Results vary depending on effort, implementation and individual circumstances, and this is clearly stated throughout our training.
Our 4-week programme provides structured guidance, step-by-step training and ongoing support. Thousands of members have successfully implemented the framework when applied consistently.
Regarding refunds, we operate in line with our clearly stated policy. Refund eligibility is based on specific criteria and timelines, which are outlined at the point of purchase. We do not refuse refunds arbitrarily, nor do we ignore legitimate requests.
