You can't fail to be inspired by the energy of Tom Wade. I have a lot of self sabotage issues with regard to making property work for me. Lots of content, lots of positivity. Glad I'm on board.

Flip Remotely Intensive Event. The most fulfilling, rewarding and enlightening day I have had in the longest time. Not only was it a great networking experience, but it was also amazing to put faces to names after only having communicated in our online skool group up till now. What was also great was to learn from others too; their hopes, visions and status of their journey so far. This is by far one of the best communities I’ve been a part of and to the speakers who also decided to take the plunge, like us but have progressed and leveled up, you really are so humble, supportive and a true inspiration to those who are still on the journey. Although I didn't achieve my ultimate goal of the day which would have been the 1-2-1 training with Tom, this is by far no reflection on the event or its hosts, it personal and just a matter of divine timing. To the petty minority who mock and leave empty comments on here such as scam, you are truly on the road to nowhere, fast. Before you have even researched or stepped inside the community, you’re on here casting judgment truly based on their own lack of commitment and wanting everything with zero effort. Every ounce of information/material inside Proper Freedom is laid on for you, from videos, platforms, your own website funnels, contracts, A.I. and more, all designed for your success. The entire blueprint and guidance are there. You will truly get from this whatever energy you are willing to put in, or not put in. I would go as far as to say its fail proof, as you are in control of how successful it will be once you make the first step to join and take the bull by the horns, take part, learn and apply the principles. I appreciate the break down, the explanation and Tom's teaching, the testimonies from his team and all those who implemented his advice and those who've been helped by them achieve their goals. I would like to be part of this winning team and see my money grows, but I'm held back by financial constraints. I find it too hard to keep paying before seeing even little results. But will persevere and see where it takes me. The next one will be mine.

I’m writing this as someone with real history in property education, not as a beginner caught up in hype.

I am 56 years old and ran property seminars in the UK over 20 years ago, working with many people who went on to build successful property businesses. After stepping away from the UK market for over two decades to work in mission and development across Africa, I recently returned and was genuinely surprised by how much the landscape has evolved.

This course is exceptionally well put together.

What impressed me most is that it manages to do two difficult things at once:

It is clear, structured, and accessible enough for someone with no prior experience

Yet it is also advanced, strategic, and well thought out for those of us who understand property, deals, and education at a deeper level

The systems, explanations, and delivery are modern, practical, and highly actionable. In my honest opinion, this program is structured so that any committed person could realistically build a six-figure income, provided they follow it properly.

A big, sincere well done to the team behind this. There is no need to reinvent the wheel when something this solid already exists. I fully intend to authentically promote this program and would welcome the opportunity to partner at a deeper level with the people behind it.
