10 out of 10 for Tom and Tomas teachings of remote flipping houses, the energy and passion that Tom has on his ( rants) is second to none, i was hooked the moment i heard what he was offering and ive since joined the team and am amazed at the knowledge and wisdom of the systems they have built and have passed on to use for joining. Anyone thinking its a scam or not real just have a go before judging

TOM WADE - absolute con!!!
Very nearly bought into TOM "im not bragging" WADEs Flip Property Remotely con scheme... the further things went on i found myself hearing and seeing through the bull... he became focused on the sell at the end more than the business. Which i then thought, ill play this prick at his own game and see if i can get them to agree to "keep a spot open for me" in chat (spot i didnt actually want in the end). No reply in chat, then an hour later i get a text message to say if i leave a deposit they will honour the price reduction.
Its all a con people! Dont believe the hype! Absolute baloney!!!! Hes full of sh*t excuse my french.
Dodge with a bargepole!!!! And for god sake please dont spend your money with this carrupt individual.

Attending the live Flip Mastery was absolutely worth it!!! Tom had vibrating energy contaminating everyone, it was unbelievable! Enthusiatic sales pitch!
Very enthusiatic sales pitch. But I don't like the fact that you ask me to pay £1997 to actually get any real information. I challenge you to train me and I'll pay £3000 on my first deal of £10,000 if it works that well. All the reviews on here are also made in the last two weeks. You even start to guilt shame people at the end of the seminar, for not having the balls to change, if they dont have 2 grand! I challenge you Tom to prove this works!

Tom Wade and the Sunday Event
Tom Wade and the attending team get a 5 star from me. He easily dispells the fear of us changing and starting this new adventure.a fresh set of eyes for us to see the world with new glasses.
He seems to bring a genuine enthusiasm to the group, explaining how certain aspects of property sourcing works, the phsycology behind it and the clear message of owning responsibility.
