Inspiration and mind blowing
First time attending a property course and I am truly inspired to push further. Tom has shared so much knowledge which has surprisingly been easy for me to absorb and understand without having to scratch my head and get confused.

I was on Facebook and came across an ad which peeked my interest. On flipping property in your own time, due to my ill health I'm not working and have been looking for a flexible job were in and work on my own terms, I watch the ad again this is for me, I've got a back ground in sales, I got invited to join a a video call, I decided this was definitely for i signed up, got a website with step to step set up,and help is in hand if i get stuck on anythingcame down to london to find the information, at the conference today, it's amazing the knowledge that is give to a small group people I so excited to go a head with flipping house,

I can’t recommend Tom Wade Property Flipping highly enough. Tom explains property investing in a way that’s practical, straightforward, and easy to understand, whether you’re completely new to property or already have some experience. Also with incredible energy!!
What stood out most was the genuine support and transparency. There was no unrealistic hype, just battle proven strategies, honest advice, and a clear framework for finding, analysing, and completing profitable property deals. The training is well structured, and the community is full of like-minded people who are willing to help each other succeed.
If you’re serious about learning property flipping from someone who has real-world experience and genuinely wants his students to do well, I’d highly recommend Tom Wade and his team. It’s been an excellent investment in my property education.

I'm 30 mins into the FREE webinar - ads said "earn without any upfront fees"... yet its the same spiel you see on most scammy webinars - the same ol "i was poor/broke, grew up in a council house" story, worked in retail 9-5 ..... and then repeatedly talking about average Jo's making 100s of thousands of pounds with his "students" ... i came to read reviews while in the webinar & glad i did ... £7000 for him to help you "earn without upfront fees"? - BS! he makes his money from selling courses..... don't waste your time.
