Amazing ! Life changing experience!

People like Tom are smooth talkers and very convincing, but ultimately this appears to be about making money for himself. If he genuinely wants to help people, then charging £7,200 or even £2,000 especially to people who are already struggling to make ends meet, feed their families, or find work doesn’t seem right.
If Tom were truly confident in his system, a fairer approach would be performance-based. For example, he could say: “I’ll help you get started, and when you sell your first two homes, I’ll take a percentage.” Instead, people are asked to pay large upfront fees.
In the message Tom sent, he said: “Let me show you how to earn £10K a month without cash or credit.” Yet during the training, participants are told they must pay thousands of pounds to continue. That contradiction makes it feel less like genuine help and more like a way to generate money from people.
In my opinion, the training should be rewritten with far more honesty and transparency about the costs and expectations.

I signed up to the Flip Remotely Group 3 Weeks ago. I am taking my time in learning the Flipping Property venture. The London Event was massive for me, Tom & his team are amazingly positive & have so much passion in teaching their students the method they have found to be successful for themselves & sharing the method with those of us willing to learn. I came away from the event knowing that this is where I am going & I already feel like I belong to a new family. Tom has so much energy & somehow ignites passion in his students to do well. It's not just about him & the team, he really means it when he says he wants you to learn. I am looking forward to more networking with all of the team real soon. I think we have all come away from the event with more purpose, knowing we are in the right place.

I attended their one day seminar and…misery
I attended their one day seminar and paid £900 in May 2025 and after that seminar signed up, joined and paid initial fee of £3750 with a two further payments to made on the consecutive months. The service offered was 12 varied from mentorship to 4 days networking and so on. Now I’m not a novice and had attended previous paid courses one by Caroline Clayton who had given all relevant information on how to work out if what you buying , the area you going to is good AND they sent out with a mentor to the area that you choose, so had that under my belt.
However, this company had added a layer that I deemed reasonable for the £9600 they were due to be paid.
Now I actually bought 2 houses via auction after joining this company and at the time of buying it went and requested assistance from this company as they had boasted they had 50 000 investors to hand. Only to be asked by the co-owner, if I had someone who could help me, so NO help from them. I requested a refund due to this. At this time 2x payments had been made hence £7500 had been paid. Issues of accessing their information meant I had NO access to any of their locked information or education.
They cancelled my subscription in July so got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Note: There is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER for this company, NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY to be seen. The email address of info…. they don’t reply to. And if you read the other reviews you’ll see. THEY DONT ANSWER.
My advice if you want to still attend; email them and ask for their refund policy and cancellation policy and good luck. Till today NO REFUND AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR OFFICIAL EMAIL. I got more with Caroline Clayton’s course than I got from this company. NO VALUE WHATSOEVER FROM THIS COMPANY AND TO THE TUNE OF £7500. ALL MY EVIDENCE CAN BE VERIFIED.

It was a brilliant seminar! It brought together all that we had been studying and consolidating into something I could use to really make a go of my venture into property. Tom is just brilliant! Well worth the money

Easy manner of talking and explanations, visual aids not just talking at you, inclusive and available to all knowledge levels, great positive training leading to positive pumped attitude moving forward

I came to this event on a mission, I needed a strategy to change my life. And that is exactly what I got, and so much more.

I am truly amazed of the amount of learning I got today. Tom is absolutely 💯 👌 giving of himself. He may not believe that he is a true motivator. He gives of himself to make sure others get to where they should be. He delivers, he instructs, he showed interest in the individual as if they were part of his very own family. Tom is dedicated in making sure that students get the true understanding and motivation that will give them the headway to becoming a successful property millionaire 😀.

I recently attended Tom Wade’s Flip Remotely property training in Mayfair, and it was genuinely a great experience.

Tom Wade delivers the training in a very clear and practical way, especially when it comes to understanding how to generate hot leads and actually turn them into real opportunities. One of the biggest things I took away was learning how to broker properties effectively and, more importantly, how to understand seller motivation — which is key to making money in this space.

The training isn’t just theory-heavy; it breaks things down in a way that makes it feel actionable. I now have a much better understanding of how to approach deals, identify opportunities, and structure them in a way that works.

If you’re looking to get into property sourcing or want a clearer strategy on how to find and convert deals, I’d definitely recommend this training

I invested several thousand pounds with Tom in a former iteration of this property flipping mentorship set-up. Creative Property Education ltd. Some time around 2018, when all this was new - the details are blurry now since I've tried to bury a lot of my shame

The free webinar taught the basics of his strategies, finding BMV deals, flipping, lease option contracts etc. with the upsell to the lifetime mentorship at something something £xx97.00 with a big red line through "today only, for those that sign up before the end". I feel it must have been about £5,000 which was most of my remaining divorce settlement as I was rebranding my life. The video training was ok - scrappy, unprofessional, filmed in his apartment on a flipchart with the doorbell going off in the background - but the concepts seemed to make sense for something entirely new to me.
Then there was this weird, archaic and complex forum thing on Podio, which was supposed to automate the whole process, filled with other excited but clueless self-proclaimed 'deal sourcers' "looking for investors". I think it was supposed to generate mail campaigns for you but not without further cost. I really can't remember getting to grips with it, but it slowly got quiet - you saw nothing from Tom and then the login becomes inactive, and the whole company disappears. no support. no trace. stops filling accounts on Companies House.

I found a few other customers who had written of similar experiences and began to accept that I may have been duped. Until I start seeing that beardy-faced manbun show up on my socials again - selling the dream he's now living from our investments! It seems he's rebranded and started up again - I SO want to get value from my uni savings I lost to him, or just some kind of return. I commented something on his advert asking for this and got a one-word "lol" as a reply. So it shows some true colours perhaps.

Maybe the mentorship has got better, maybe it was just early days, but I certainly don't trust the guy and wouldn't recommend others do. Happy to edit this if it prompts a response from the team.

EDIT 1 - £2724 - Interflow Ltd Creative Property Education in Jan 2019.
EDIT 2 - sat through a four hour sales pitch (Apr-8) asking for a response in the comments. Other Tomasz seemed quite responsive referring me on to a follow up call with the team. The call came through on time and it was just one of the payment processors who had no idea about “the previous company” or any of this dialog which Tomasz said he’d inform them of. I’ve messaged the address their reply sent info@___ not so much as a confirmation of receipt. Sounds soo familiar.,,
Disappointing there was a chance of redeeming - the 40 mins of 4-hour the webinar where Wade actually showed the system looked really interesting, but it stinks of scarcity selling “only 5 places left” with the fake pop ups at the bottom ‘Sandra from Ipswich just Invested’ - there were 8 of those whilst i waited on the payment page. Makes me doubt the hundreds of probably faked testimonials that I’ve learnt to ignore. Oh yeh you’ll get an email again the following morning with a “last chance to sign up” to the course they told you sold out last night.

Horrid people - Tom and Tom you have my number if you genuinely want to discuss this further, next step is the police to get you stopped again this time

This man makes his money selling the courses not from what he does supposedly flipping properties.

I'm currently 35 mins into the free training with Tom Wade about flipping houses using AI etc and let me tell you remember the saying 'If it sounds too good to be true it usually is....' that's this. I've had countless texts and emails and what's apps since signing up for it which was a pain. So far all I've heard on the zoom call is about Toms past life, past testimonials on alleged earnings for just a few hours work a week and enticing us with constant mentions of things we could buy with all the money.
I'm now 45 mins in and no clearer. An hour in and it's starting to talk about well waffle about where to find sellers, create convincing selling messages using AI and it's starting to hint at our money investment. ....
I'm also reading trust pilot reviews about Tom Wade and this training and at least 3% have left a bad review.
I've since found out all this waffle comes with an investment opportunity of at least £7000......
I'm sorry but no way is this viable for the majority of us working class people. It's very misleading. You don't get anything much for free in life and this certainly isn't as implied. Good luck to those who do venture out with this idea however thanks but no thanks I've just wasted an hour and half of my time that I'll never get back.....I'm out...

I attended the Flip Remotely Mastery event with Tom Wade and his team and it was excellent. Clear strategy. Real numbers. Practical steps you can apply immediately. No fluff. Just a proven system and strong support from the team. If you are serious about building a property business, this event delivers real value. Highly recommended.

Quite intensive course with a lot of information. Worth coming round to start your new life.
