Company turned up on time. Polite, professional service to my tenants. New EPC posted immediately and special thanks to Daisy Holmes at their offices who helped get the certificate to me.

Jordan was very quick and helpful sorting out the issue I had with an appointment that was scheduled today.

I spoke to a lady called Daisy White regaring an order for an EPC. I was chasing up due to receiving emails about being contacted to book in for the visit, which I had not received further contact about at the time.

She was very fast acting, found that the tech had not managed to make contact with myself yet, I explained I needed to get this booked in ASAP due to money issues and needing a refund from my landlady.

She said she will get in touch with the tech who will be dealing with my EPC and get him to call me ASAP once he is free.

I received an email from her again stating that she has let him know, apologised for it being a bit late (completely understandable as its not been a huge amount of time) and told me that Phil will call me later this afternoon to book in the appointment.

Great service from the customer service so far, hopfully the full service will follow suite which I have no doubt it will.

Normally I wouldn't be pushing on this and chasing it up as fast as I have done, but due to personal circumstances I felt It would be worth calling up to check in regarding this, which so far it was.

There were some issues with regard to allocating an assessor for the job but once this was clear, the assessment was smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, the certificate when issued stated that we had a thatched roof which is not the case so it took some follow up to get this changed. However, Daisy was very helpful with regard to this and kept me well informed, a fact which makes all the difference.

I regularly order EPC's and follow up EPC's with this company - every time they are quick and efficient. The nominated EPC assessors contact this office should they have any queries - the whole system works seamlessly - GREAT

I had a great experience arranging my EPC through Propcert. There were some initial challenges getting the supplier and assessor aligned, but Gabriella was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was proactive in chasing things up and managed to organise the assessor promptly, which I really appreciated.

Thanks to her efforts, everything was resolved smoothly in the end. A big thank you to Gabriella for her excellent support—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service.

This followed E-Mail from you @ 6:51 saying the corticates had been uploaded
Daisy White was very helpful and advise she will send an E-Mail and attach the 2 certificates

Assessed on the 9th, it is now 20th with no certificate. An email has gone unanswered and am waiting forever on the phone.
