Arrived on time. Came back and sorted out electrical work within a couple of days. Would definitely use again.

Booking an appointment was easy, and the costs were clear and up front, with payment on-line. Confirmation of the appointment by text was reassuring. The assessor called about half an hour beforehand to confirm arrival time and was polite, friendly and helpful. The assessment was completed efficiently and was done in good time. I would recommend this company to anyone I know who needs an EPC.

The Electrician Danny Hopkins arrived bang on time he was polite and said exactly what he was going to do in performing the EICR and completed all his tests in just over an hour.

I made an appointment with this company for a gas safety certificate at a cost of £69.00.
The appointment was scheduled and paid for only to be cancelled out of hand by the company for no reason whatsoever.
I received notification of the cancelled appointment via email, the date of the appointment had been amended so I was unable to locate the appointment on their system.
There was no mention of my payment being refunded so I telephoned the company to be told that it was I who cancelled the appointment and that seeing as I had called they will sort out the refund which will take between 3 and 5 working days, this has left me out of pocket with no means to look elsewhere for the isssuance of a gas safety certificate as this company has my money. I do not hold much hope of a refund being forthcoming coming so I am going to complain to my card issuer immediately.

Once I had booked, which was very simple, it was only a few days until Muhammad came out to do the evaluation. He arrived promptly and carried out the evaluation efficiently. The report was with me a few days later. All good. Would definitely recommend.

Appointment booked at 0900 with Dave who then texted after 1100 putting back to 1300 I texted back ,"poor" he then texted back cancelled.
So a waste of a morning of work and I paid up front brilliant.thanks dave

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I used them for EICR for an apartment I own in London and paid £189

The electrical contractor visited and the EICR did not pass and i need to replace a faulty plug socket and pay £100 for them to come back. No issue, i did this immediately.

The electrical contractor then failed to attend on the day of the booking so i had to rebook..i then get an email to say no £100 payment was made and i sent a bank statement to prove this. I was then asked to contact my bank for the transaction ID of this payment that i also then provided.

I then get an email to say the cost of to fix the faulty plug socket is £200...when this is clearly not what was quoted.

I have sent over 20 emails and made over 8 calls dealing with this, I would avoid this company. Really unbelievable bad service and dishonesty.
