Nearly five stars.
We had decided to get the Sonoma Green dinner service, but we were concerned that it was out of stock on line, so we called around our nearest stores to see if any of them had it available.
The Epsom store is the closest to us, but were unfortunately out of stock.
The Guildford store went straight to a messaging service, so I left a message explaining what I wanted and leaving my number. Nobody bothered to call me back.
When I called the Bluewater store, nobody picked up the phone and Android was identifying it as a pub (The George and Dragon, I think).
The Kingston-Upon-Thames store is actually our next nearest, but our car is not ULEZ compliant so it costs £12.50 (plus parking, etc) just to visit. However, they answered the phone and were very helpful. They had what we wanted, so I asked to reserve it and we went and collected it the next day. The staff in store were also very pleasant and helpful.
So, but for the failure of the Guildford store to call us back, it would have been five stars.

Great Range and Helpful Staff
I like the layout or Procook and the pricing model. There are very clear labelling of products and the display leads you through the pricing points for each product family. We chose 1 of the 2 Triply saucepan sets and the price was very competitive compared to similar quality branded products.
