Miscommunication caused embarrassment.
Unfortunately we had to wait till 4pm for our room, after a guarantee of 3pm, probably earlier. We arrived at 2pm had some lunch in the hotel bar. The food was lovely.
The room, a suite in a 5* hotel, was clearly booked for 3 adults for our grandson’s 18th birthday. When we were finally shown to our room, we
had to call down and ask where our grandson’s bed was. They brought it up while we were at the theatre. It was a very narrow and not very long child-sized bed for a 6ft 1”, 18year old which they did know about as they did provide a chocolate brownie in the room announcing his birthday ( which was a nice touch) At lunch that day and breakfast the 2 following days they had our room down as 2 guests, asking us to wait while they rearranged the table, which felt embarrassing and awkward in front of our grandson. There was only 2 of everything in the room ( cups, glasses etc) instead of 3. They also charged us more than the original private upgrades quote. I did not want to make a fuss in front of our grandson as he already felt awkward. I can only think there has been some miscommunication along the way somewhere. We’ve stayed here before as a couple and never had a problem.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the check-in delay. While everything on our side was arranged for your arrival, an internal miscommunication by the hotel caused the process to take longer than intended. We have addressed this with the hotel management, who also regret the inconvenience. Regarding the third bed, the hotel offers only one standard-sized rollaway bed, and unfortunately, larger alternatives are not available. As for the additional charge, this is a discretionary 5% service charge, a common practice in many London hotels. It is entirely voluntary, and if you prefer not to pay this amount, please get in touch with our members' support by email. We will be happy to coordinate a refund with the hotel on your behalf.

All the advertised upgrades and extras came true. What great value. The early checkin was especially welcome, as was the 150 Aus dollars to spend at the bar!

Superb experience
Thank you so much Private Upgrades! This was my third stay this year through PU. Superb experience, this was hospitality like no other. We came to celebrate our anniversary and the guest experience representative Gigi made our stay so memorable and personalised. This set a high bar but every experience in the hotel was very positive from front of house reception Ipek, Mustafa and another lady whose name starts with G (apologies I could not remember the spelling) who went out of their way to accommodate our every request, to Aydin at the front door, the swimming staff, executive lounge staff as well as Summit restaurant and the Manzareh team. Turkish hospitality is world renowned but the Conrad Bosphorus really was on another level. We will be back for sure. If you can get a Bosphorous view room go for it, it really is worth it. And if not, you can still get those stunning views from Summit restaurant.

Service was impecable. Food was great specially in fusion restaurant. Breakfast had unlimited choices. Bell staff to management everyone went outof the way to assist and help. Butler paid attention to details. Checkout was smooth and effortless.

As real as it gets!
I recently made a reservation through PrivateUpgrades.com for W Doha, and to be honest, the price seemed too good to be true—so I was definitely skeptical at first. But I decided to give it a try, and the entire experience exceeded my wildest expectations.
Right after I completed the booking, their team reached out to ensure everything was smooth and confirmed. What truly impressed me was that I could access the reservation directly through the hotel’s official app (Marriott Bonvoy in my case), which immediately boosted my confidence in the legitimacy of the booking.
The benefits listed were exactly as advertised:
• Daily free breakfast
• $100 USD credit usable at any of the hotel’s restaurants
• Airport transfer (which we didn’t use since we drove to Qatar)
Compared to other platforms (Booking, Agoda, etc.), the price + perks combo was unbeatable.
The experience was so seamless that I’ve already completed my next booking through them for my December trip to the Maldives.
Highly recommended for luxury travelers looking for real value and authentic VIP treatment.

Fabulous Deal
What a fantastic package we got with Private Upgrades even the reception staff commented on what a great deal it was. We had access to early check in and a 4pm check out plus $100 us in credit. Only complaint was that the Crown converted it to only $135 AUD which was about $20 short of exchange rate so must be a Crown Hotel fee.

Private Upgrades Delivers
Simply put, this was my first time using PrivateUpgrades and they delivered exactly what they promised. We booked through them and received early check in, late checkout, $360 in free breakfasts and a $100 resort credit, all just by booking through them. We did not get the room upgrade but only because the next class of suite at this 5 star property was sold out (understandable as it’s Spring Break season). I would 100% use them again and highly recommend them. Great experience.
