AWESOME KITS
I have used the custom store for the Zwift BanditZ kit for the last couple of years. James makes the sometimes challenging time of producing a team kit easier by being both understanding and helpful. We used the EVO2 kit which is excellent value for money . Highly recommend Primal Europe

1 of 3 items on my order was finally not available thus Primal removed it from my order and sent me the 2 others items with the same shipping fee (which is expensive for only 2 items). I was noticed for the missing item only 3 days after the order completion without having the choice to revise it or cancel it. This same day I also received a confirmation of the shipment of the remaining items. Instead I would prefer cancel my order or at least replace the missing item but I never had the choice.

Thanks for your comments and for taking the time to review us. I am sorry to hear your shopping experience wasn't as positive as we would have wanted it to be. I have looked into this for you and I can see one of the caps was not available and removed, you would have been received an email regarding your order, and to advise of this as an unfulfilled item.
Excellent products
Excellent products, true to size and delivered quickly. What more can you ask?!

Very happy with purchase
Very happy with purchase. Only issue was sizing. I already have a couple of primal jerseys in different styles so went for 2XL initially based on previous items. However, on receipt this was too big and as a sale item I had to go to large. Fortunately this fits fine. No issues with the service item received the day after order both times
