My most recent order took 3 weeks to be delivered. Also, despite notifying the company about their packaging missing the legally required country of origin labeling (in this case, China) 9 months ago, my most recent package still didn't have it.

So rare to find a product where the owner truly cares about the person's experience. She's going to a long way with this and I can't wait to see what's coming next from PRIMALS.

The way they treat their customers is fantastic and they are so quick to respond, even though I was prepared for the standard 24-72 a real person got back with me within an hour. Shocking.
It is refreshing to find a company that cares and still know that you are getting quality products.

After an order being put through incorrectly I reached out directly to the company. Lauryn got right back to me on a sunday morning and fixed my order promptly. She was very pleasant and helpful. So far a great company to deal with. I cant wait to get my stuff.

I LOVE my Boar's hair bristles on my new electric toothbrush with 1 concern; it overheats, and am concerned about fire, leaving it plugged in.
Should I only intermittently charge it???

Love the electric toothbrush! Teeth have never felt so clean!

So happy to have a non-plastic alternative to brushing my teeth! It has several settings as well, whiten, gums, tongue! Very very happy with this product ❣️

I had already switched to a non-plastic electric toothbrush, but when I found out about the EMFs they exposed me to, I switched to Primals. I am so glad I did. I have been using their sonic toothbrush for about a week now and love it.

The product is made well, with a thoughtful design. I’m satisfied with the value, the customer service and the packaging was surprisingly brilliant.

i’ve been on the lookout for a natural toothbrush so i bought the boar bristle one and this is honestly really good my very first impression was that it had very hard bristles but when it got wet they softened and it wasn’t a problem.

the costumer support was very quick to respond and helped me quickly as i had accidentally made a subscription and is now refunding me.

over all very happy with both the produkt and the support:)

I’ve ordered almost everything on their website at this point and while I haven’t had the opportunity to use everything long term and give total feedback yet I can say with complete certainty the brand, customer service, and product quality is top tier. The air purifiers work WONDERS and my family and I notice a huge difference. In fact, thru the air purifiers I was able to notice a pattern that lead to me discover mold in my humidifier that we were breathing. I also accidentally ordered something to the wrong address and they were prompt with fixing the delivery address when I caught it (before shipping). Finally, I had one product issue, and when I emailed customer service I was helped immediately and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!! What a fantastic brand

I have made the switch to primal Boar bristle tooth brushes and loving it. I love how clean my teeth feel and knowing I am no longer putting micro plastics into my body and feel I am already feeling benefits of that. I will certainly be keeping with them. 😁

I’ve tried a few toothtab brands and Primal is far superior. I love that the tabs get super foamy and they legit clean my teeth naturally. My teeth feel silky clean. My breath smells minty fresh and my teeth/gums are no longer sensitive. I also feel like I wake up with a cleaner, fresher mouth. No “morning breath” or disgusting film on my tongue. I am overall happy with Primal toothtabs and would recommend them to anyone.

Love the toothbrush and “cocoa glow” body lotion so far. Teeth “feel” cleaner and I appreciate all the clean ingredients in the lotion.
