Wonderful company; great products !

Everything was brilliant from the start. I sent them a message one evening and had a reply straight away.
After a short conversation I placed my order on the Wednesday evening before the bank holiday weekend, it was dispatched on the Thursday the bike was delivered on the Saturday.
The bike itself is fantastic, it looks good and rides well....even at high speeds!
Very happy I chose to get my bike from here! 10/10

Fantastic experience all round. Fast 2 day delivery, easy set up, all questions answered very fast, literally not one thing to complain about.

Also very informative videos on his YouTube channel.

Got the ersin 1000 and it just instantly puts a smile on my face everytime I take her out

Ersin hybrid 1000 great bike, chain actually is rust proof that’s true, my only problem is the front light. In one year I’ve ordered 2 new so 2 have broke and I’m on my third, it is only 25 pound for a new one but every few months that’s annoying and I don’t know if it’s the rain causing it, or the bad roads, so either not water proof, or cheap made and vibrating themselves apart. Defo going different brand light next.

I had a problem with an old connector. I sent the part in for repair as requested and a prompt repair and return followed. Top notch work and customer service...

Came within a few days of ordering, easy to put together, not rode much yet but takes the hard work out of cycling and its quick.

Needed a replacement headlight , ordered and paid online was ready to collect within ten mins , was also sent a video link on how to replace it, excellent customer service as usual

The company was recommended by a friend who had bought many. After he gave me a shot of his bike i knew i had to get one. It puts a smile on my face every time i use it. The experience of after care service is second to none. Any niggles he responds very quicly and tells you what to do to keep riding. Thank you so much its not just like buying a bike its like having someone totaly dedicated to what he supplies at end of phone or group chat.

I had a small query about a bearing problem I was having. I contacted Ersin,and his reply was extremely helpful as always.i wouldn't go anywhere else for an ebike. Hence the reason I have 5 from ersin.customer care is absolutely outstanding. Cheers Ersin.

Great Great bike I love it so much it's my No1 ebike Great price and customs service was amazing don't waste you time looking around. just buy it you will love it i had my for 5 year done over 11000 miles still keep going it's my work house never let me down and the battery still work 100% powerful Samsung battery

Two years on since my purchase and despite me living 250miles away, the team still help out with any issue I may have (mostly through fault of my own) and give me countless advice on parts & maintenance. The bike still runs like day one which is great considering I’ve done about 12000 miles on it. Highly recommended 🙏🏻

Ersin gave me a great deal on a used bike in stock. Absolutely in love with it. Continental tires are very sticky on mud and dirt, they grip really well, saved me a few times on cornering

Best bike I ever had, I’m writing this after having the bike over 8 months. Very strong parts, I ride it hard and do jumps and the bike just takes the beating and hold up well. Stil the original pads, not done any service yet but it seems to last long long time

Saddle to handlebar gap to close, had to buy snake seat post. Poor quality tyres and inner tubes had to buy replacements after first ride. Mudguards give no protection had to buy replacements after first ride.

Was perfect exactly as I exited easy to setup amazing bike to this day months later highly recommended literally one of the best in uk from what I’ve seen.
