I have been bought a number of pieces from Posh Totty and I have also bought a number of items as gifts for my family. All the pieces are personalised and really mean something, the quality is excellent and customer service is exceptional. Most recently I had a small problem with a piece and Natalia resolved it almost immediately. I highly recommend Posh Totty for lovely craftmanship and a very high standard of customer service

Really disappointed with the quality.
I bought mens chain and had a engraving on dog tag style. I dont know if £109 is deemed expensive but the product quality on these items feels like something out of an Xmas cracker.

Poor quality
I was giving a signet ring as a present and it was made to the incorrect size. I emailed the customer service team who insisted it was right, even though it didnt fit me. My ring sizer and all my other rings fit fine so unsure how this one item wouldnt! I paid for the resizing to be done only for the ring to be sent back in a totally different colour! The customer service team were quick with their responses and did send a pre paid returns label for me to send it back, however once the ring was returned the quality of the product was poor. The ring is gold plated and it arrived to me already scuffed and scratched. I have had it for maybe 2/3 weeks now and the plating is already coming off and discolouration is showing. Shame as it is a nice ring otherwise, just now looks shabby and will likely need replacing. Wouldn't recommend anything if not solid gold.

Purchased a men's russian ring necklace for my husband and he loves it. Sadly the barber cut the chain by accident. I messaged their customer service and they responded super quickly and helped me to buy a new chain so easily. Would highly recommend this company.

Personalised 9ct Gold Two Ring Russian Necklace
We made a visit to the Brighton store looking for a specific Personalised 9ct Gold Two Ring Russian Necklace, the chain length available as standard was not right for my wife so the team looked into a different length for us. Jessie and the team were able to get back to us quickly, provide a non-standard length and deliver the necklace to us on an expedited timeline to arrive before a birthday which we really appreciated. I can only highly recommend this company! I contacted them asking for a personalised necklace. They immediately got to work and everything went smoothly. I hade some problems with the shipment (due to UK/EU rules), but they helped with this too.

Exceptional Customer Service…
Cannot fault my experience ordering with Posh Totty for the first time. I was looking for something special for my sisters 30th birthday and was thrilled to find their ‘moon’ necklace. Due to the private and sentimental nature of an engraving I wanted I asked if the engraving could be done on the back of a necklace instead of the front and their customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful. The necklace arrived very quickly and in beautiful packaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Brilliant customer service
I recently ordered a Kintsugi locket and added a comment to ask if it were possible to add an engraving to the back. I wasn't sure if it'd be possible to add an extra layer of personalisation, but as it is such an important piece for me I thought I'd ask.

Posh Totty offer Top Notch Aftersales Support
I’m all up for supporting local businesses rather than large corporate, so I bought a personalised curved message hammered disc necklace from Posh Totty. The personalised stamping looked great and was accurately done. It was a little smaller than I imagined, but this was my fault as the dimensions are clearly visible in the product description. After a number of months of wearing it the disc eye hole broke off and I reported this to Posh Totty. The way they handled this problem was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely timely in their communication and gave me various options to resolve the issue. Once I chose an option things were resolved extremely quickly 😀
Based on the look of their designs and their after sales support, I would definitely buy from Posh Totty again.

Hi there, I recently ordered a Kintsugi silver locket which included my family photos inside. I just wanted to say thank you for having my order dispatched so quickly. I contacted Posh Totty about the delivery timeframe, as I wanted to wear the locket to my late father’s funeral. I panicked as I didn’t think it would arrive in time and I’m very grateful that it did! I’m so happy with the locket and I would definitely recommend from Posh Totty to my friends and family.

Fantastic customer service
I was bought a necklace as a gift with my kids birthstones in for 50th! This was in march 2023, I noticed one of the stones had fallen out recently. I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do. They replied very quickly asking for photos and then said they would replace the stone free of charge if I returned it. They even gave me a free postage label. They whole process between returning and resending back was around a week and they kept me informed via email with each step of the process! I believe you need to notify them if any faults within 30 days of receiving their items but on this occasion they went above and beyond, repairing nearly 2 years after! Absolutely 10/10 service, and a massive thank you!

Brilliant customer service with lost stone in ring
Wonderful company! I purchased a ring a year and a half ago and noticed on holiday this year the diamond was missing. I e-mailed and was advised that they usually do not repair faulty rings after 30 days but that the head jeweller agreed to mend it for me. The ring was sent back to me as good as new within weeks. Really impressed by the quick service and lovely customer service from Natalia and Jesie at Posh Totty Designs. Thank you!
