Bad service
Honestly , even 1 star also I don't want to give. A courier came to BIG Pharmacy Raja Uda, and then suddenly horn in public places. When we look at him, he doesn't even react anything. So, we assume the parcel is not for us. Then he came in and complaint saying 'pekak'. What kind of attitude is that.
App sucks terribly!
After filling in all the sender and receiver info, the app got stuck with the message at the bottom of the screen which reads: "Oops! Slow or no Internet connection found".
What the heck!! My hp could still access other apps with no problem, why only pos laju app says my hp has no connection???
The second time was when I key in the correct postcode of Jalan Imbi KL 55100, the app says invalid postcode! I can no longer continue from there and was stuck!! So pls tell me what is happening??? The app sucks terribly! It is as if the Web developer learnt his skills from some African jungle!
Letters go missing and rude front liners Muar pos
Lousy. Looks like they can't read numbers and alphabets. My letters always get sent elsewhere and these people are kind enough to bring back but sometimes it just goes missing. No sense of pride in their work - front line also same - very rude and depends on their mood. Only know how to shout. I am talking about Muar pos office

Very horrible experience-NO PHONE CALLS
Very horrible experience, as usual. I had a parcel arriving from the UK. POS Malaysia picked it up and came to deliver on a Friday around 1 p.m., but funny enough, instead of dropping the note at the office (If they came there), they instead dropped it at the ground floor letter box, which was easy for them to access rather than go up to the office at the 3rd floor of Avelon Tower, Plaza Medan Putra. No contact was made, whereas the parcel has my phone number well written by the sender. When I found the note in the letterbox, POS Malaysia had already returned the parcel to the sender. I lost my goods and the postage cost incurred.

Pos malaysia lousy service
the item supposed post to jb mistakenly send to sabah. And when try live chat to ask where can send feedback, they are avoiding the question.

I open an account with pos msia as a receiver or consignee.pos m provide door to door svc.now I need the consignment note for parcel delivered last month to prepare payment.how can I get that

Where is my item? I want my item now!!!! Stated delivered but I did not receive it and I have check surrounding area and mailbox. Inside the item contained credit card bank! If you lost or stole it, i will file this to the police !!!! Worst service !!!!
Very bad service
Very bad service, if can better choose other courier service. They charge over the weight direct charge me the estimate weight ( that time I also got mistake no thinking so much just agree the cost) after 2weeks nobody contact me update the status. Until I checking the results show me attempt fail. Nobody inform no call. After read the story still want use this courier service, wish you good luck.
Poslaju not doing its job
Paid Poslaju for same day delivery to deliver my passport from Brickfields to the China Embassy in Ampang. It's urgent and that's why I paid for same day delivery. Postman out for delivery at 1.41pm, but failed delivery attempt is at 7.15 pm after the Embassy is closed and nobody is there to receive. Very, very upset. Poslaju ruined everything for me. Don't Post Malaysia understand that for offices and embassies, same day delivery must be before 5pm? Sucks

Pos layu
They should rename themself as Poslayu. Customer paid for express delivery service for distance less than 50kms, but 4 days over still not delivered. The online tracking never updated on time. 2 days over and NO Status. When called to check my parcel status, they only mentioned already out, but never explain why your parcel not delivered or when should be delivered or where is your parcel!!! If this is LAYU, then why called Laju?
worst ever services
worst ever services. dont you ever try to communicate personally with their staff. no communication channel except stupid pre set robot answer. Im using ezipoz shipment from US-KUL, almost 2-3 mths still not cleared and nobody will able to locate and answer your question. The other shipment from US using different logistic partner safely arrived less than 2 weeks.
Friendly staff but slow delivery
As an avid stamp collector who visits pos malaysia often to buy first day covers, I was pleased with the polite and helpful staff. It was only when I started sending letters through their air mail system I began to have a problem. I sent a letter to my cousin in Melbourne, Australia and I was led to believe it would take 5-11 working days as stated on their website. More than a month after posting it, the letter has still not arrived. I also sent a parcel to the same cousin for his birthday in November using the Pos Laju express delivery service and it did not arrive until January.
Cheating Tracking History by post man/delivery office centre Bukit Baru Melaka.
Last 3 days i am at home waiting for the letter which is very important. while checking on tracking history got shocked to see the biggest lie from delivery person- Unsuccsesful delivery due to addressee not available.
My point is here to provide feedback who will improve this postal services? and who is responsible?

To the Customer Service: Your service is utterly disgraceful and abhorrent. I waited for more than an hour for your online AskPosLaju customer service and no answer. Called your customer service hotline and no answer. Do you even know the importance of customer service??? Utterly abhorrent and disgraceful. Shameful for you to even be known as a Malaysian company.
There's no point of giving a number but…
There's no point of giving a number but when you call none pick up the phone. Change your staff who are giving you a bad name. Frustrating!
