Taktau apa yang lama sangat , seharian barang duduk kat pos jalan semagat, pastu esok baru sampai hub , ni tengok duk ada kat hub lagi taktau nak peram brpa hari pulak, patut la ramai pakai kurier sel... Se mere

The Longest Delivery Timeframe ever Exist

The delivery timeframe is counted a day after you posted the item and exclude weekends. A same district delivery took 7 business days. So, if u posted the item on Monday for same district delivery, even opted for the next day delivery service, expect the item to be received on next week = Tuesday. Not Monday, but Tuesday. Next week. For same district delivery. If u ever think to complaint, rest assured your complaint will be handled by an A.I chatbot and insists 7 working days is acceptable and your item is not delayed for same district delivery.

They never had a driver name or even number to contact staff at pos office taman gembira is not helping and they just give bullshit reason "they try to send but due to late night" and app tracking write 5.29pm they cancel my order what the hell due to late night they suck should just stop the company or join with other courier to make them do faster and accurate delivery

PO BOX

I send a letter to a bank physical address in KL but they deliver it to their PO box.That bank didn't even send anyone to check and I have no idea about that .They have my phone number but of course they won't call me.Really unthinkable for me they want to save their petrol for actually delivering

BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

TWICE my parcel have been sent back to sender! 'Unsuccessful delivery due to bad weather' again and again even the weather is good! Please shutdown the delivery service if you don't want to make customers delivery.

Actually they dont deserve even one star !! The service sooooooo damn badddddd so bad srsly ! So late . I already asked and paid for next day delivery and the price is pricy than jnt so i expect it would be faster bcs its not as busy as jnt and else but not its sooooo damn late my parcel should be next day delivery but delay ?? What ?? . Im so regret to trust this service . No more pos laju again

SLOWEST COURIER EVER

slowest courier EVER ! disgustingly slow not like the other courier.. 3 days in sorting centre without moving at all... such a bad courier.. should've change the name into POSSLOW

Delivery

I had a parcel coming from India, bought on a American plat form Distacart. The delivery delay was due to the Chinese New Year holidays. I was worried that my expensive ghee will go bad. I called pos Laju customer service and within two hours, their staff, Fazrul Azlan delivered it. I really appreciate and thank Pos Malaysia for listening 👍

Don't buy if seller use Pos Malaysia.

Worst postal service, I won't buy anything if the seller using Pos Malaysia service. The tracking status show the item is out for delivery for 2 days but still unable to deliver. I have to call them to stop attempt to deliver the item and I will go to collect myself.
The customer service is also the worst I ever faced. Need to lodge in a compliant but took me half an hour also unable to address my problem.
Their website also do not have any proper channel for customer to lodge complaint or feedback.

Bad experience

4 days I had made 4 calls and asked 4 times POS LAJU to proceed with the parcel to the receiver in India when I noticed the parcel kept a bit longer at KLIA. Today I made a call again and the officer said the same things, which is he will inform their team to proceed to the receiver in India.

But what is the worst is the parcel is now in hub Alor Setar, Kedah.
I'm having a bad experience using POS LAJU; the cost of courier paid is quite high, RM 330.00. Today it has completely been 1 week and the parcel is still in Malaysia.

Dulu aku puji pos laju.

Dulu aku puji pos laju.. Tapi sekarang sudah lain.. Tidak amanah, tidak jujur.. Parcel ditanda out for delivery tapi barang tidak pernah sampai.
Tiada call, tiada chat, tiada gambar bukti penghantaran.
Saya terpaksa buat aduan sendiri.
Sangat kecewa dengan servis PosLaju.
Tidak akan guna servis ini lagi.selagi tak ada response tak ada barang aku di tangan, dan ganti rugi.. Aku takkan halalkan apa Yang kamu ambil dan aku takkan maafkan.. Kau buat baik macam mana pun didunia ni. Kalau buat Salah kat manusia manusia takkan maafkan dan tak halalkan.. Terseksa kau di kubur dan akhirat nanti.. Aku harap shoppe takkan guna lagi pos laju. Aku dah report kat shoppe macam mana buruknya pos laju.. Mereka akan pantau kamu..

If possible I will not give even 1…

If possible I will not give even 1 star.
The customer service is totally sucks. I kept repeating what I had mentioned in almost 2 hours online chat and eventually they just simply closed the conversation because is after working hour.

They rejected my refund and kept giving the statement which is totally irrelevant and not applicable to my transaction. Wasted 2 hours contacting them. Please be reminded not to use pos Malaysia/
