Trash courier..This is so called "national courier" has bad handling, ruined my package my expensive collectibles and they said it wasn't enough protection when before postage the package is pretty much perfect in condition!!!
Better disband entire claim department!! Practically useless, if you want to send automated email better don't do at all.

Pos malaysia,, sye datang ke salah satu cawangan di ampang, selangor untuk berurusan western union,, sampai 2 kali sye datang tapi alasan line lah apalah,, kalau memang tak boleh nak buat tutup je lah perkhidmatan WU tu di kaunter anda supaya orang tak perlu nak ulang alik dengan hasil yg mengecewakan,,,

So bad, it was stuck after unsuccessful delivery due to “no one was present on the delivery” when my address is a condo… have security guard and they didn’t even WhatsApp or call me on that day and they (expect me to be at the lobby from 9:30-5:30pm????) I just found out just now when I go to pos Malaysia website to chat with the customer support. And they told me my parcel is waiting me to collect from the warehouse when I didn’t even know about this… and they told me the phone number is not showed so they can’t contact me lol….

AVOID this portal company! Oversea parcel hold by custom pending for clearance, customer service request to appoint POSM as agent, submit invoice and do expect to receive the payment link in 2 business days to pay the tax & charges. A week passed, no payment link and no update on their website. The only good part is, live agent is quite helpful to expedite the process. Their tracking status on POSM website also never updated. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU CAN GET YOUR PARCEL! SO PLEASE AVOID!

I have gotten my parcel stuck in customs twice.
Their process is very slow. They ordered me to send an invoice and wait 1-3 days, both times, I had to wait almost up to a week. Extremely slow and do not promise their services. I wish I can change courier but my parcels automatically end up here so I don't know how to fix it. I buy items from Japan using EMS and it just ends up here. Have fun trying to get your item out of customs. However, live chat is fast and provides me what I need. I'm just pissed off on how I have to wait more than what they promised me.

Poor poor company too receive parcels from. A reminder too never order abroad if this postal company is dealing with your parcel, 1 month later my parcel still hasn't turned up! Got told by parcelforce it's still stuck in customs then I'm being told that it's actually not in the container that goes through customs with other people's parcels, absolutely ridiculous and the communication is absolutely shocking and staff are very very rude and not helpful they just keep repeating the same thing or just constantly lying so they don't have too fork out for a claim! Getting through too anyone that is very helpful is very difficult as staff are very unhelpful and shut your chat off after being told what parcelforce informed. Disgusting post company

I've had numerous online shopping experiences using Pos Malaysia for delivery, but it typically takes more than three days to receive the parcel, even though the destination is less than 15 minutes away. I wonder how they manage their drivers and delivery routes; it's so inefficient

THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE
Lately, their delivery service has been very bad. My first parcel was just lost at their warehouse in Kuching, Sarawak. Then, in the second case, my parcel is still in their warehouse from 2 weeks ago??? Like, why did they just send the parcel? They said they would investigate the case, pale otak dia, benda dah 2 minggu , ko ganti je lah barang aku tu, dah la barang penting. HONEST EXPERIENCE: -1000 STARS
Rude and unprofessional courier 3028
Courier called only ONCE but claimed customer did not pick up, but customer was at the door - and was talking to the courier.
Courier also claimed he needed to call customer cos there was no address listed BUT he could arrive at the doorstep. Customer took pic of the sticker of the so-called "no address" listed section and it was clearly printed.
Please educate your couriers and recheck your system. If address is indeed not available or legible, send it back to the sender or reject at the counter. DO NOT send your couriers to yell and lecture customers who missed 1 call (because they were at the door to greet your courier but also picked up the 2nd call within the SAME minute to confirm the address after courier stated loudly from van and claimed address was not found). Customer did nothing wrong but placed an online order to support sellers who in return support YOUR business as well.
Customer did not want to complain directly cos feared courier had their personal phone number and address that they'd get harassed.

Serious problem with your delivery…
Serious problem with your delivery service, if the management don't know the problem, so be it.
Maybe the company should fire the incompetent supervisor or delivery man.
Educate your staff to use common sense, don't assume anything if don't know. Example like the your DF delivery man assumed recipient not at home etc, didn't call or message to recipient.
Your delivery men got mobile internet package? Let me know if the DF delivery dude has to pay for calling /message, I don't mind to pay for it

I don't like courier services by Pos Malaysia. They didn't update to customer via whatssap like other courier services did when parcel has been delivered. Then, they will return the parcel to the center if no one at home. They could just simply leave the parcel in the mail box though like other courier services did and send picture to us as a proof.

Worst and chrting company in the world!!!My mom send me sport equipment where is 0% tax.Custom try to chrating and they apply tax and they drclare is a toys!!!I told them ite a sport racket.Then they changed it but POS malaysia asling me if i need the agent for delivery to my adress.Thry wint delivery without paying them as they should delivery to my roor step!!!Rabbish and low service at all!!!!garbage company nothing else!!!Cheating and asking money for delivery feom aiprot caego.

POS LAJU IS A BIG NOOO! THEY DON’T HAVE A GOOD SYSTEM FOR PROVIDE CUSTOMER. 2 TIMES ALREADY MY PARCEL IS LOST. FIRST 5 YEARS AGO, SECOND IS NOW! 2024, HOW COULD THE RIDER DIDNT TEXT ME OR CALL. THEN HE SEND TO THE WRONG LOCATION IDK WHERE THE PARCEL ARE. I JUST CHECKED THE PROOF DELIVERY, HE JUST PUT ON MAILBOX, BUT THE MAILBOX IS NOT SAME AS MY APARTMENT. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!! AT LEAST YOU CALL ME!!!!! NOW I LOST RM200++ MY MONEY!!!!!! AND I GOT NOTHING. POOR POSLAJU.

Honestly , even 1 star also I don't want to give. A courier came to BIG Pharmacy Raja Uda, and then suddenly horn in public places. When we look at him, he doesn't even react anything. So, we assume the parcel is not for us. Then he came in and complaint saying 'pekak'. What kind of attitude is that.
