If I could I would put zero score!!! I was member for few years, was saving all my vouchers(money).
I did forget that I had this membership as I didn’t get any surveys for some time. I try to log in to check my account, but couldn’t use my log in details. So I contacted Karen and was told that my account has been deactivated and she can’t do anything about this. I had just under £200.00 of my time. Never got an email about my account being removed or anything to get my money transferred out of it!!! Avoid... avoid... avoid. Scammer and money stealer

have been with this company and Karen Scott-who runs this company for about 4 years now. I recently received a message stating that I had not participated in one survey and she had removed me from their services. One of the reasons the reasons given is that I had missed a survey!! Also I've never cashed out anything in the past several years whatsoever. I emailed scott and told her this. Scott refuses to return any emails! I was robbed of almost four years and hundreds of survey taking and probably $500 worth of my time. Karen scott is absolutely a fraud and so is her company. I will also be reporting her to the business bureau and everywhere else I can think of on social media sites! I hope others do the same!!

Stay away!!! They ban you for no reason and if you do join, make sure you cashout your points right away , you might login in one day and get a account deactivated message.

I used to love Pinecone but the last several surveys I’ve done it lets me get all the way to the end (19 minutes into the 20 minute survey) just to give me a fatal error message. When I email them, “Karen” pretty much tells me too bad! Really!!! Lots of wasted time. So disappointed they have so many so-called “glitches” too bad these “glitches” don’t occur at the beginning of the survey instead of at the very end after imputing very thoughtful opinions. I’m about to call it quits with them.

I have had nothing but problems since Pinecone changed the PayPal or check rewards. They no longer notify you if you have points. I did one Bank Transfer which took forever to get it set up, e mails back and forth then it worked, but only 1/3 of the points were redeemed. E mailed Pinecone and was told I needed a link for each individual one. More e mails back and forth. Today I get an e mail to tell me what to do. I log in and it shows no money. I now have had to send in a ticket yet again which I will wait for days to get a response and email Pinecone. While there I saw more points so transferred them, but still missing the first lot. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I want to spend my time doing surveys, but also want my compensation. This needs to be fixed. I copy every order so have the evidence, but would like my rewards

I've never had any problems with Pinecone Research. I've always received my incentives for surveys I've completed. I used to choose PayPal. Never had any problems. That option is no longer available, so this time I chose their new bank transfer option for the first time. I received my incentive into my bank account within 2 working days. Any time I've ever had any queries, I've emailed Karen and she always replies and is always polite to me. I'm surprised to see all the bad feedback. I'm happy with my experiences.

Been a member for several years and it used to be good. Recently though, surveys were few. They took PayPal off the rewards and want my bank details to pay what I redeem into my account. I asked to redeem points weeks ago, but not heard anything. My log in details keep being rejected. Messages to them keep being rejected. Had enough! Never having anything else to do with them and advise everyone to steer well clear. I think they have been taken over by crooks!

They rob you and don't pay they haven't paid me for the last 4 survey going back 4 or 5 months ago. It's a joke, they say that I have recevied but haven't. Stay away from these thieves of your money and time.

I've been a member for many years and in the initial stages I received almost weekly surveys now I hardly receive any. They recently changed their system for logging in and I told them I wasn't happy with this. The response I got was that all members must now use this system. As I can no longer log into my account I have asked several times for my account to be closed and my balance to be issued in paypal vouchers. I have received no response and I am really angry that after all these years they don't have the decency to fulfil my request

Very few surveys. After countless years of service and hours wasted completing their surveys my account was removed. When i asked why, 'Karen Scott' replied with hostility that i was at fault and basically that it was tough. Waste of time, they don't care about you, don't bother.

I h ave been trying to resolve an issue about a Amazon eCard. I redeemed for #3 $10 cards. I only got the second and third on code. I couldn't get the first one on list of three. This is fourth attempt in about three weeks. Do you want a screenshot of Amazon cards that were used? I don't know what to do! I found a phone#. Recording just said no one is here. No voicemail,nothing. I tried twice to submit a ticket and both times it wasn't accepted.

They used to pay me up to 15 dollars, but once I got to 50 dollars worth of surveys they blocked my account saying theyr redemption department is under repairs, I saw a negative review exactly like mine on the app review page. Pretty much they stole over 50 dollars.

The same as everyone else really - I’ve been doing surveys for @ 5 years - very frequent - suddenly the surveys stopped coming - well, they did come, but as soon as I put my age in they said I wasn’t suitable (48 years). The last survey I completed I seem to remember was for something really crappy so I put that it sounded rubbish and what would possess a manufacturer to even come up with the idea (I think it was for something strange like sushi flavoured food sprinkles for cats - although I could be wrong). In fact I’m pretty sure it was since I gave a negative review - I think I was intrigued to see if they actually read through every review - it proves they do!!!! I really enjoy doing reviews - especially being sent things to physically trial!

Everything was ok, I was enjoying the studies and product trials, until they stopped sending me invites (end of 2018). I thought the website doesn't exist anymore or they don't have studies that match my profile. Until a week ago when I noticed an ad stating that they were looking for new members. Why would you look for new members and not invite the old ones?? Apparentely I didn't comply with something (didn't answer a survey on time) so they banned me. They sent me several emails that went straight to spam, but never thought to text or call before banning me. Why would I not complete a survey suddenly?? There was obviously something wrong with my email. My points also expired because I haven't redeemed them in a year. Fab! I've wasted time and they don't even allow me to get back in their members list...

Stay way clear of this company it does not seem legitimate to me. I fear what they have done with my information and how long they will keep it for.

The Survey is great but lately the paypal has been down I ordered 8 debitcards for $3 each and its been past a week and still have not received them. I went to the site they said I need to go to to receive my cards which is suppose to be instantly and the company had no records of my order. I have contacted Pinecone Research several times about the issue and it has not been fixed.

How to get your Amazon vouchers from Pinecone Research. In the home page, go to: Menu (3 lines, top right hand side) > Redeem > Browse Catalog > Menu (3 lines, top right hand side) > Piints (head & shoulders icon) > Order History > click Order Number > Claim Your Voucher. Copy the voucher number and paste into your Amazon account. Probably works for other e-codes, too. I really hope this helps others to find their hard earned vouchers. You're welcome!

Beware of this Pinecone website. Your fist completed survey will only be paid with a $3 check that must be cashed by you at your bank. Pinecone will then have direct access to you personal bank account checking and routing number provided on the return check. They can and will then use this information for fraudulent purposes. Do not cash their check. Do not use their survey site when there are so may other reputable sites you can choose from.

I still get surveys from Pinecone Research often, however, I have not qualified for almost all surveys ever since I turned 50. . Since August, I have qualified for 1 survey, and I get new ones at least twice a week. Every single time, I get about as far as entering my age and the survey is complete, "sorry, you don't qualify" I have emailed their customer support and there is an auto generated cookie cutter answer stating "If you were not directed to any live studies, this means there are currently no studies available that match your profile. We ask that you then kindly wait for your next router invitation." That's it, every time.

I've worked in market research years ago, age sometimes makes you unqualified based on the demographic they are looking for, but 40-50 surveys??? Aged out?? SMH
