Been a panelist with Pinecone for last few years. Good quality surveys with good incentives to buy some gifts for kids. However, over the last year or so, its gone downhill with too many technical issues, accounts getting locked for no reason. Responses are poor and often delayed. Not a very reliable survey site anymore. Just make sure you keep regularly withdrawing your incentives in smaller amounts just in case you get locked out of your account and lose access to your earnings!

Been with them for nearly ten years. Used to be great, but agree they have really gone down hill recently. Having problems logging in, missing a payment and no response!

I have been a member four weeks ago completed first survey with them,they sent 3 dollar check that is cool. Since then I have been locked out of my account. Sent 4 emails at least. No response. Meantime I get survey invite through email I complete that ,get email saying I earned 3 more dollars. However I still can't log in to my account. Nothing back from customer service. I have noticed this is happening to alot of other members. They are legit sight,they pay and surveys are well designed ,however I think there customer service has major issues

I joined several panels and this is the best. The surveys are well designed and clearly for genuine companies. I choose to redeem my points for cash (PayPal) after each survey and have never had a problem with payment. They send less surveys than other companies but this is because they dont send irrelevant or poorly thought out ones.

Mir wurde Pinecone Research durch eine andere Umfrageseite empfohlen und durchs Anmelden wurde mir schon €3,25 auf meiner regulären Seite bezahlt.

Mit Pinecone Research erhälst du für jede Umfrage, die du abschließen kannst, €3. Das deutsche PR Team hat viele Prämien wie zum Beispiel Puppen oder Gutscheine, aber versteckt gibt es auch in der "Am Beliebtesten" Kategorie die Möglichkeit, sich die €3 sofort ans PayPal Konto schicken zu lassen.

Ich habe meine erste Umfrage nach circa 1-2 Tagen erhalten. Die Umfrage war extrem angenehm und hat wahrscheinlich nicht mehr als 10 Minuten gedauert. Ich habe mich mit PayPal ausbezahlen lassen und mein Geld war nach genau 20 Stunden auf meinen Konto.

Ich erwarte jetzt nicht häufig Umfragen, aber ich finde wenn man bei diesem Service so schnell €3 bekommt, dann kann man sich auch damit abfinden, dass nicht viele Umfrage zu jedem Profil passen werden.

Es ist selten, eine €3 Umfrage zu finden auf egal welcher Seite, also wieso sollte Pinecone Research anders sein? Ich bin dankbar für die Möglichkeit.

Pinecone Research used to be a good company to deal with, giving fairly fast responses to emails and queries answered promptly. Now it seems its gone downhill. No response to a query regarding a missing credit despite emailing numerous times. They claim that they will 'troubleshoot the problem' if an 'incentive' isn't received - but they can't be bothered to reply to emails regarding a problem! I have sent a great number of emails to them.They keep sending me surveys but I have stopped doing them until I am paid (as promised) for something returned - because the trust is gone. Panelists would seem to be just a number with this company - with little or no regard to good communication or sorting out any issues that arise with non payment.

This company has badly wasted my time. I have completed surveys for over a year and chose to redeem my points and get Amazon vouchers. The vouchers never arrived. All my chaser enquiries have been ignored.
This company is a scam and I recommend not getting involved with them. Scammers.

I like doing surveys for Pinecone Research. They are always on interesting topics usually related to grocery purchases and occasionally you will be sent a product to test.
Your points are credited to your account a couple of days after completion and you can either store the points there to use in their online shop or redeem them straight away via bank transfer or Paypal. The payments do take a couple of days to go through but I havent ever had any problems redeeming them.

They used to send you payment in the form of vouchers for each survey automatically,
Now you have to collect them and exchange at a certain point, except you have to register your paypal to get something useful and you can't do this on the website and they never reply to the emails.......VERY UNFAIR
They owe me in excess of £100!!!!!

I was a reasonably new panelist and was being sent a large number of surveys which I duly completed.
From the onset I received luncheon vouchers which I was happy with. I was then told they no longer do these so I set up a paypal account instead.
Over the past two weeks (whilst awaiting over £25 from Pinecone) I have phoned them three times, been promised on numerous occasions that I would receive this payment and that it was being dealt
with as a matter of urgency via management and by their accounts section. Nothing has been done and no recent payments have been forthcoming. The last time I phoned I asked to speak to a manager but they did not want to speak with me.
I have been given contradictory information by email - "Yes you can get luncheon vouchers, no you cannot get luncheon vouchers, yes you can get them, no you cannot, etc etc). Their most recent email told me i could get them but it was too late - I had already redeemed the points for a paypal payout.. which has never happened, and I am certain now that they will not pay.
I am so upset with this company and I feel very let down by them AND I feel used. My time and my effort all for nothing. It feels as if I am hitting my head against a rock trying to get them to sort this out. They simply do not care. I am sorry but I really cannot recommend them. Not at all.
