I signed up 3 october last year. It sounded promising at £3 per survey but by 31 October, no surveys in sight. I received one survey on 16 November to earn £3 which was added to my account. And then it went quiet. I emailed questioning why I hadn't received more surveys (the invites to take a survey only come via email with a link) and was told by email that they would come through at a rate of 1 or 2 a month. But nothing, and I thought I may as well bank my £3. But I couldnt because there was a minimum threshold to reach before you could collect and £3 wasn't it! I received 2 more surveys at the beginning of December, one which would not open at all with an error message, the other just buffered at the end and stuck there.
Its nearly the end of Jan and no more survey invites have appeared so I thought I'd log in to see if anything has changed and find I can't log in .... they no longer recognises me! I assume therefore that my account has been closed, as per others' experiences, taking with it my £3. Its obviously not about the money but its the principle. It appears (and there's plenty of other similar feedback) that this company is scamming people into completing a survey or two, not allowing earnings to be claimed and then just closing accounts without sending customers the balance of any earnings on their account. If you do surveys,for a little pocket money, for fun or just to keep your brain active, there are waaay better companies out there sending lots of surveys and paying immediately. Dont waste your time with PINECONE RESEARCH.

Bin seit Jahren dabei und muss sagen, dass ich im Vergleich zu anderen Studien- / Umfrageseiten eigentlich ziemlich zufrieden bin.

Hier gibt es viel Kritik, die ich aber weniger nachvollziehen kann.

Zunächst einmal: Umfragen kommen verhältnismäßig regelmäßig, etwa 2 Mal pro Monat. Hin und wieder kommt es vor, dass man für die Umfrage nicht qualifiziert ist, bei mir ist das aber eher seltener der Fall.

Ein Weiteres großes Plus ist die feste Vergütung und Möglichkeit der Auszahlung OHNE Mindestbeträge. Man kriegt pro Umfrage immer den gleichen Wert (300 Punkte = 3€), was natürlich bei längeren Umfragen oftmals etwas wenig erscheint, wenn man es auf die Stunde rechnet. Aber ganz ehrlich: Sowas macht man nicht als seriösen Nebenverdienst. Das Gute ist, diese Beträge lassen sich auch sofort auszahlen (PayPal oder Überweisung).
Pinecone bietet auch einen eigenen Store, aber die Preise dort sind weit über dem marktüblichen Preisen, daher ist nur eine Auszahlung sinnvoll. Wer sich also über den teuren Store beschwert, hat Lack gesoffen.

Was ich auch ärgerlich finde, ist der absolut seltene Versand von Produkten zum Testen. Ich bin seit über drei Jahren dabei und habe bisher nur zwei Produkte testen können (auch hier 3€).

Auch die Umfragen bilden oftmals die gleichen Kategorien: Hygiene, Alkohol und Süßkram. Nicht immer spannend. Aber vielleicht liegt es auch an meinem Profil.

Alles in Allem trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Ils m'envoie souvent des courriels en me disant qu'il y a des courriels disponibles. Quand je clique sur le lien il n'y a jamais rien. Perte de temps.

Avoid these like the plague, I’ve been a member for years, slowly the surveys became less and less, I tried logging in today and it says your account is inactive, I had money in my account and now they’ve closed my account without reason or notice, they used to be very good, it was £4 per survey then it went down to £3 but you’d do half a survey then get a message saying you don’t qualify and it have met our quota for participants, there are other survey sites that are so much better than pine cone, by the other reviews it looks like they done this with a lot of people with money in their accounts

Signed up and then seemed to be accepted and got login details. But couldn’t log in as said my account deactivated so i emailed them. Reply said that the demographic details i gave ‘alerted’ their system, as if i was being fraudulent or something. I did reply stating im not sure how that could have happened but no response. I think clearly they only want certain people of specific age and sex clearly and i Mut not have matched their demographic criteria.

You won't get rich but the product testing is fun. Quick payment, just infrequent surveys. I recommend.

Without any warning Pineconeresearch have disabled my account and refused to pay the £s I have earnt. I have a record of all survey invites and I always 9/10 completed them. Over the past few years their surveys have been less and less. Even trying to contact them to reset my password has been a struggle with their online reset form not working. It seems that the only person who you can have contact with is "Karen" and her customer service is terrible with any questions just replied with a "read the Terms and Conditions." It shows if you don't log in your account is made inactive however their survey invites have been zero so why would you log in? I've tried to explain on several occasions the issues I have encountered with logging in, passwords not resetting and I know my password is correct as I write it down. How can they disable accounts which have credit in them? I have asked them to contact me with their complaints department but get no reply.

Einfach nur schlecht. Die Banküberweisung klappt überhaupt nicht. Vertane Zeit, ganz schlechte Seite.
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Werde mich umgehend wieder abmelden.

This website is a scam. I had been a member for around two years and had finally earned enough credits to cash out around £15. Despite making the request I was never paid. I followed up multiple times by email, even had the owner telling me she would pay soon, and she never did.

This website is exploiting people as free labour while they pocket the cash. I raised this with money saving expert website, who have now removed them from their page of recommendations for 'websites that pay members to complete surveys' when I sent them the evidence and a link to real reviews. Disgusting.

Die Anzahl der Umfragemöglichkeiten ist sehr gering und bei vielen Möglichkeiten werde ich für die Umfrage nicht ausgewählt.

Dazu kommt, dass die Vergütung in Höhe von drei Euro für eine Umfrage, die mindestens 15 Minuten Zeit kostet zzgl. längerer Ladezeiten überhaupt nicht rentabel ist. Auch die Auszahlung ist meines Erachtens unnötig kompliziert.

Außerdem habe ich mir erhofft, auch an Produkttests teilzunehmen. Leider wurden mir lediglich Umfragemöglichkeiten angeboten und das durchaus sehr unregelmäßig.

Having trouble accessing my account to redeem the cash I have so I can transfer it, I can no longer access my account for some reason and my emails go unanswered! Not at all impressed!

Bei Pinecone Research war ich einst mal recht zufrieden. Aber seit Mai 2022 kam keine einzige Umfrage mehr für mich. Daher vergebe ich nur noch einen STERN.

I have beonged to the UK pinecone research panel for years and have received products in the past ( not for last 3 years though) and have been given equivalent of £3 per survey. The frequency of surveys varies and tails off sometimes . I have fewer these days as it is now just my husband and me in the household. If you have children or pets frequency may be better. Surveys are a bit repetitive in format but don't take too long and can now be done on a mobile.

Why is it so hard to redeem rewards? I always get as far as the shopping cart at the end and then can't go any further. If I click on the cart at the top right, I get 'Shopping Cart is empty'! What the.....? I can't ever find the code for Amazon Vouchers and always have to ask for help. Today, even the drop-down menus of the FAQs weren't working either! Most survey companies send you the Codes by e-mail. So much hassle!

I haven't had a survey from them in months as apparently they wrote to my home address and I didn't reply. Given that I live in building divided into flats I can only assume it went to one of the neighbours who was able to view my personal details thanks to this company's shoddy practices. Given that I always refused the offers of home product tests for this very reason I am absolutely furious that they would unilaterally decide to do this. Avoid at all costs!

I would echo what others have said. I joined Pinecone a few years ago and was initially contacted fairly regularly to complete surveys which I always did the same day because the rewards are admittedly quite generous.

Not long into my membership I stopped receiving emails and was then unable to access my account, eventually getting around to emailing the lovely (!) Karen who very unhelpfully confirmed that due to my non-compliance my account had been closed. No apology or explanation offered as to how I had been ‘non compliant’ when they hadn’t actually contacted me. I strongly disputed this because it was actually PineCone who ceased communication and then decided to close my account without warning. I also lost the remainder of my reward balance and requested that this be returned given the time I had spent completing surveys for them. Rather conveniently, rewards are time limited so have been lost; hard to redeem when you can’t access your account though.

Customer service appears to be one person, ‘Karen’, who initially told me i had contacted PineCone USA in error with my query and said she would redirect this to the correct panel.. and then answered the question from the other panel 🤷‍♀️ Communication is abrupt and unfriendly, indeed it appears it was my fault that they decided to close my account.

To conclude I’d give this company a wide berth, they are not worth the hassle. I suspect they close accounts so they can take on new members to enhance their data collection reach. Don’t give them your personal information or your time.

£3 given for each survey. Surveys infrequent but as you can redeem payment immediately by bank tfr etc. It is well worthwhile being a member.

I was with Pineconeresearch for many years. They were great. Even did product testing. Now I'm barred, and before that happened nothing heard from them in many months. So from being good they are now awful and no longer recommended. I suspect new management who don't have the same integrity.

I joined pinecone in 2018 and since then I've cashed out £170 in amazon gift cards. Surveys are infrequent and so it is slow to earn money with pinecone but each one pays £3 for about 5 minutes of your time and it is a genuine survey site. I've never been screened out of a survey and I've even had a couple of surveys where I've been sent items to test at home. It's a bit of extra cash for doing very little so I'm happy with it.
