Cowboy company- don't waste your money

The item was easy to order as well as being very reasonably priced. I was kept informed along the process from order received all the way been given to delivery company. The item arrived this morning , well wrapped & packed and is as good as hoped for.I will have no hesitation in using the company again.

Ordered on 31/12/25 paid for express delivery which was outlined as 1-2 days did not receive until 9/1/26 by this time had missed the birthday the gift was intended for! Contacted the company was told to be patient would not use again..,,,

Easy to customise and order a champagne stopper. Very quick delivery. There was a small scratch next to the engraving and I emailed the team who sent out a new replacement straight away. They offered express delivery so that the recipient of the gift did not have to wait too long. Wonderful item, absolutely lovely. Will use the company again for other personalised items.

The communication from the company was outstanding and they definitely went above and beyond the usual customer care. Would buy from them again.

Grandad passed 14th december,he was like a father to me and I was crushed, i wanted something to remember him by, I wanted a photo and some text in a framed a3 size, many websites didnt have what I was looking for or they were so overly expensive!
When I stumbled across this page they had exactly what I was looking for, when the item arrived it was well packaged they had great communication and when I opened it I had a cry to myself it was beautiful, I can't thank the team enough for helping me find something to cherish my dearly missed Grandad

UPDATE. They have offered me £1. Yes you read that right. I won't waste my time further providing order details. Your company know very well who I am and what my complaint relates to. Ask Charlotte S. why she and her manager think a £1 refund is appropriate!

Firstly they do not despatch in a timely fashion even when express has been paid for. Also you may as well save your money as they use Evri. So not only is express, nothing of the sort... you'd be lucky to get your item in one piece... if at all! Mine was only saved because I paid an extra fiver for a sturdy presentation box. The packaging was in actual tatters. Evri said it was out for delivery Thursday and it arrived on Sunday with the box all hanging off. PGS packaging is flimsy but the gift box saved the item.
This was for my son's 21st which has now passed and the moment is ruined. Upset about this and wish I'd not trusted them with my special gift or given them my money.
Disgusting service.
I was going to hold off this review to see how the company responded to my complaint however seeing the other reviews I don't see any point.
I'll chalk it down to a bad experience and will NEVER shop from here again. The least they can do is refund the postage but I won't hold my breath!

The product is first class,excellent service

Dealing with this company was great. I was very pleased with the jig saw I ordered and the prompt attention I received. I hope to deal with them in the future.

DO NOT USE!!! Ordered a personalised glass on the 6 December with express delivery, just in case and to make sure it was here for Christmas. It’s now the 5th January and this is still not received. I have asked for a refund multiple times to be fobbed off every time!!

Update - my order number is was P105143389. Just as a further update. You have FINALLY agreed to re ship this for free. You originally wanted me to pay for the postage again!! Even though I have already paid for express delivery over a month ago. This was after multiple emails back and forth!! Disgusting customer service!!

What a terrible, awful company. I’ve placed an order and still haven’t received my item. Do not buy from this company. A total scam.

I ordered an item November it was despatched in plenty of time but due to a problem with courier I did not receive my item. After many emails to the courier with no response contacted Personalised Gift Shop customer service who dealt with my issue within the hour. I was offered a replacement or a refund, I opted for the replacement which was received 28 December. I am so happy with the quality of my gift and excellent customer service team I would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future and would definitely recommend.

Personalised with my grandchildren’s names, the wording is so small it’s almost invisible, there is no option for font enlargement, when I queried I was told the order is as I ordered , an appalling service,

So I opted for this website to get a personalised gift for a friend before Christmas. I don’t get out often but but was due to see them not longer after Christmas so opted to have to delivered to myself. As Christmas passed it seemed like it would not reach me in time so I changed the delivery address to theirs so it could be sent directly to them. The website allowed me to amend the delivery address and this was done prior to the gift even being personalised let alone being sent out. I got a notification from Evri saying it was picked up by them so I just thought I’d check and they still had the delivery listed as my address. I contacted PGS only to be met with a ‘sorry, we can’t do anything’ (I am paraphrasing). My biggest points of contention is if you are allowed on your own system to amend the delivery address why can it not be updated for the couriers. Specifically if the gift hadn’t even been dispatched!? We both live over two completely far flung sides of London and getting over there isn’t feasible currently. It’s not an unreasonable request or a completely left field scenario for changes of address to be required. No doubt there’s a whole host of reasons an address would need to be changed. And again, this was done in before anything went out. And then to be told we can’t do anything once it’s sent out despite me being told by the courier that I’d have to go back to the sender just doubles the frustration. Not great service if I’m being honest. Feeling rather fobbed off and and definitely wouldn’t recommend using them.

I ordered several items before Christmas which I left 5 star reviews for. At the last minute, I decided to order a personalised, embroidered cushion. It arrived on Monday 22nd but was marked where it had been on the machine. I contacted PGS who were very quick to respond and made me a choice of two offers as a solution. I chose a replacement cushion but they made me aware that due to timescales it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. Imagine my joy when the cushion arrived on Wednesday 24th, what a service! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I was very impressed with the quality of all my purchases but even more impressed by the customer service.

This small company made a great job of my gift for Christmas unfortunately it arrived damaged in post. I emailed and told got a reply immediately and they said they would issue a new one. Two days before Christmas I thought it would not come but it arrived Christmas eve. That's what I call service wonderful job down .I'll certainly be using them again great service guys well done
