I spotted a car online whilst abroad on holiday for sale and was keen to purchase. Jemima rang me and agreed the deal and I collected 5 days later ..

Upon arrival at the branch Jemima explained the car and its functions within great detail and even connected my phone to the car . so helpful and knowledgeable and no hard sell .

Jemima rang me three days after purchase to check in, never had that before, again she has went above and beyond. Just need to open a branch in Edinburgh !.

Been buying my cars from Perrys at Barnsley for years now, always a good service. My cars always go back for any servicing, mot, repairs and again always a good service. Would recommend.

I’ve bought 3 cars from Perrys Rotherham, but this last time September 26 is by far the worst. The car isn’t the issue it’s the after sales. I part exchanged my car value at £4000 and paid almost £11000 in cash. I was promised a full valet (not done) a second key (still waiting) and £30 of fuel as I took my car in with a full tank (still waiting), this is my 2nd complaint we arrange the valet for last week and the fuel and salesman Andy promised again to arrange the key but I’m still waiting. Very poor after sale service.

Absolutely appalling aftersales service. I reported a fault on my Mazda cx-3 roughly a month after buying it, I was then given an appointment, after waiting around for another month (because that’s how long I had to wait for them to look at it) the day before I was supposed to take it in I received a voicemail telling me they don’t actually repair mazdas!

I then got passed between 3 different Perry’s sites with nobody taking responsibility, before being told to find a Mazda repairer myself at my own expense as there was nothing else they could do.

The even more ridiculous part? Perrys own website advertises Mazda repairs, diagnostics and warranty work by specialised Mazda technicians!

I had already left Perrys a 5 star review after buying the car. I wish I hadn’t. Selling a car is one thing; supporting your customer when something goes wrong is another.

Be very aware when buying a car from these people as they will try to sell you an extended warranty for nearly £600 in my case, I promise you, that warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

I recently purchased a nearly new Kia EV. Had a good experience. Glenn was informative and guided me through my first EV drive. The transfer of vehicles (part-ex) was very smooth. All very professional. Happy with the price paid.

Excellent service from Humzah at Perrys Aylesbury. The whole buying process was straightforward and stress-free.

Although the car's second key wasn't available when I collected the vehicle, Perrys promptly sent a replacement key and reimbursed me for the programming cost at a Citroën main dealer without any fuss.

Very pleased with both the car and the after-sales support. Highly recommended.

I'll cover the negative first.
When I took a test drive of a nearly new EV I liked the car but wanted reassurance on the battery State of Health. Both the salesman and his manager told me they couldn't get one. After buying the car with some reservations I found out getting a battery soh report is really easy so I'm surprised their service team couldn't have provided that.

As it is the battery seems fine, but when you're paying £18k upfront, a little better service seems reasonable.

So what would have been a 4/5 star review goes down a bit.

Test drive was good, buying process was fine. Car was presented in very good order.

I was due a service it was done very quick but I did ask if could be quick as I had stuff to do pleasant at counter gave me exact details on price on service staff was friendly and I would recommend very easily

Took my astra in for airbag recall, couldn't be happier with the service, staff friendly and willing to help, didn't wait to long for it to be replaced.

Very accommodating, always willing to discuss any queries or problems, worth a visit anytime.

Worst experience ever reviewed them a month ago and was told someone would contact me about my part not arriving no one has bothered getting in touch, I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a wheel locking nut which apparently has been cancelled y the supplier but I wasn’t informed, bad communication never recommend anyone get a Peugeot

One star is far too generous.
Motability car.
Perrys Canterbury, attitude is misogynistic to say the least.
Problems with poor visibility windscreen.
Fuel smell throughout the car every time car every time the car starts.
Problems with the tyres every time it has received a service or mot. Regular service and recent MOT disgraceful.
The coolant, is under the minimum level.
Windscreen still blurred.
Tyres under inflated.
Perry's Canterbury every time told me there is and was nothing wrong with the car.
Mot stated all tyres are same make. No they are not.
They are 3 different brands of tyres.
The windscreen is still visibility poor in direct sunlight.
The coolant is far too low, and to top it all, a flat tyre.
My son had to bring his tyre inflator to Waitrose car park so I could drive it home.
I will never use Vauxhall again or recommend them.
Oh and by the way....the Lambda was faulty and the car failed its first mot.
This gas guzzling car has polluted the atmosphere for nearly 3 years.
It has been an expensive car to drive due to consumption of fuel.
For nearly 3 years I have been ignored.
To top it all, Motability has had to pay for repairs.
Shame on you Perry's Canterbury !

No hard sell.James at the Blackburn branch explained each part of the process clearly and without rushing.James also insisted on a test drive before considering purchasing.Car was well presented on the forecourt and at point of pick up.James also made a follow up call a week after purchase to see of there was any issues.Highly recommend this dealership.
