Spoke to a lovely guy called Jae he was extremely polite and friendly and very understanding of my health issues that lead to a few failed payment attempts whilst I was in hospital he sorted it very quickly and spread the cost of the outstanding payment onto my upcoming payments over the next few months to relieve the pressure for me without me even needing to ask which was greatly appreciated! I’d recommend perfect pet insurance to anyone

Very helpful lady although the claim form wasn’t the easiest to fill in. For example I couldn’t sign the form on my phone and have had to send it to my vet practice to print out so I can sign it tomorrow.

It was quick and easy to get the help I needed. The ai chat bot didn’t have the option I needed but I choose the closest option and Sophie was very aware and sensitive to the fact I had chosen my pet had passed away. If this were the case I’d of been very grateful for the way she handled the initial conversation. My dog had to be rehomed due to my autistic son being overbearing and the risk of the dog reacting. It would be good if there was just an option on the chat bot that said I need to remove a pet from my plan. Sophie was great she kept touching base through long period of silence due to her working on my request and helped me sort out why I kept getting error messages trying to log in. I didn’t have to wait long for an agent to connect either maybe less than a minute.

Jake was very helpful and resolved my issue speedily.

Nancy was very informative. Explaining why my cover has gone up so drastically and got me a discount from the original rate as itll be the 3rd year my dog has been covered with them. Very quick and simple for me. Thank you

I spoke with Jake in regards to cancelling my policy. Jake gave very clear information on pet insurance and explored options to bring down the cost of my policies therefore I stuck with perfect pet rather than going to a different provider. Excellent customer service there was no pressure to make a decision just great way of informing the customer

Got a call back from an email I sent lastnight so was really pleased with the response time, trying to sort out a situation which is not PPets fault, the lady was lovely, and professional, apologised eventhough the fault is with the Vets, her call meant that I am able to get my situation sorted quicker, Customer Service has always been spot on with Perfect Pet and this latest call reinforced that for me.

I’m extremely disappointed with Perfect Pet Insurance following a claim for emergency vet treatment for my 13yr old dog.

My dog suffered what we believed to be a seizure, which was really frightening. Naturally, as it happened late afternoon on a Sunday, we sought emergency vet care out of hours - as any responsible pet owner would. The last thing on our minds was whether our insurer would later decide that his condition was sufficiently NOT life-threatening enough to justify the visit.

Despite our vet providing a written explanation outlining why emergency treatment was necessary, Perfect Pet Insurance still refused to recognise the situation as life-threatening and declined to cover the out-of-hours costs. Apparently, even a professional's explanation isn't enough for them!

We pay for pet insurance to have peace of mind when something goes wrong, not to have our decisions questioned after the fact when we're simply trying to do what's best for our pets. It's deeply frustrating that an insurance company can retrospectively decide an emergency wasn't serious enough, despite the circumstances and professional vet advice.

A very disappointing experience and one that has seriously damaged my trust in Perfect Pet Insurance. I'd strongly encourage other pet owners to read the small print carefully before taking out a policy with them. I certainly won't be renewing for my other 3 pets!
