Extremely helpful. Jake actually asked how I was doing after hearing one of my dogs had been poorly and mentioned they care about the owners as well as the pets and if I felt I needed any support they would do their best to help. Was able to give comprehensive information about my renewal and explained the different options available. Excellent customer service.

Please please please Avoid this insurance all all costs. They will find anything or way not to pay you out. I have been with numerous pet insurances and this has to be the worst. I have paid thousands of pounds to this company over the years and they have something in the small print that covers something not to pay out.

Very helpful in giving advice about how to lower monthly payments. Two options given. No sales pressure.

Quick useful information delivered politely

Spoke to a lovely guy called Jae he was extremely polite and friendly and very understanding of my health issues that lead to a few failed payment attempts whilst I was in hospital he sorted it very quickly and spread the cost of the outstanding payment onto my upcoming payments over the next few months to relieve the pressure for me without me even needing to ask which was greatly appreciated! I’d recommend perfect pet insurance to anyone

Very helpful lady although the claim form wasn’t the easiest to fill in. For example I couldn’t sign the form on my phone and have had to send it to my vet practice to print out so I can sign it tomorrow.

It was quick and easy to get the help I needed. The ai chat bot didn’t have the option I needed but I choose the closest option and Sophie was very aware and sensitive to the fact I had chosen my pet had passed away. If this were the case I’d of been very grateful for the way she handled the initial conversation. My dog had to be rehomed due to my autistic son being overbearing and the risk of the dog reacting. It would be good if there was just an option on the chat bot that said I need to remove a pet from my plan. Sophie was great she kept touching base through long period of silence due to her working on my request and helped me sort out why I kept getting error messages trying to log in. I didn’t have to wait long for an agent to connect either maybe less than a minute.
