Keine Probleme, Tradein vom Altgerät, Pixel 6 Pro, beim Kauf vom Pixel 10 Pro.
Summe genauso erhalten wie vorher Bewertet: 304€.
Bei jedem anderen Handyankaufladen hätte ich nur ~50€ bekommen.

Ende September habe ich mich für das Pixel 10 Pro entschieden. Preislich lag das Angebot im Google Store zwar ein paar Euro über dem bei Amazon und anderen Händlern, allerdings gab es dort eine attraktive Trade-In-Aktion. Deshalb habe ich mich letztlich für den Kauf im Google Store entschieden.
Ich habe etwas über 1.000 Euro bezahlt und sollte für mein sehr gut erhaltenes Pixel 7 eine Rückerstattung von 300 Euro erhalten. Denkste! Das Gerät habe ich umgehend an Google geschickt. Nach drei Wochen – natürlich erst nach Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist für das Pixel 10 Pro – wurde die Rückerstattung mit der Begründung abgelehnt, es gebe „Beschädigungen am Gehäuse“. Das ist jedoch schlicht falsch: Das Gerät war in einwandfreiem Zustand, und selbst in den offiziellen Ankaufsbedingungen von Google wird ein solcher Punkt gar nicht genannt. Der Kundenservice konnte (oder wollte) nichts tun, und ich stehe nun ohne Rückerstattung da – vom Kauf zurücktreten kann ich auch nicht mehr.
Fazit: Nie wieder Google.

Diese Firma bewertet ein einwandfrei funktionierendes Handy ,ohne große Gebrauchsspuren mit 0€. Ein Handy in einem guten gebrauchten Zustand ist immer etwas Wert.

I traded in my Pixel 6a through Google’s trade-in . The device was confirmed as received on 8th September 2025, and I was told I would receive the full trade-in value of £323 On 18 September, I even received an email confirming the refund details.
However, as of 25 October 2025, I have still not received the payment. To make matters worse, my Google Store account incorrectly shows that I was paid on 18 September. Google has acknowledged this is not the case and is “looking into it”, but I have been repeatedly told to wait another 14 business days each time I contact support , they have also now started quoting 60 days. And asking me to update payment details multiple times.

Exactly as advertised. Applied for a trade in against a Pixel 10, received the trade-in pack, followed the instructions, made sure it was unlocked and factory reset, sent it back, acknowledgement a couple of days later and then notification of full refund at exactly the amount promised, same day

I was obviously a bit worried having seen some of the poor reviews here, but all went well.

It was in very good condition, and I had made sure i had properly reset it.

rejected my pixel 6a trade in (via google store) claiming the phone was not factory reset, which is 100% incorrect, all accounts & locks were fully removed and the phone was factory reset correctly.

Ho fatto un trade in con loro per un acquisto sul Google Store, leggendo le recensioni ammetto di essermi preoccupato.
Invece tutto ottimo e veloce, pacco consegnato a loro il venerdì, segnato come ricevuto il lunedì ed esaminato mercoledì.

After reading a lot of negative reviews, I've decided to post my positive experience.
This is my second trade in. A pixel 7 for a 9 pro and I traded in my 9 pro for a 10 pro.
Whilst it took a little longer than expected since confirmation of arrival of my handset on 18th September, my full estimated trade in of £653 has been credited to Klarna this afternoon.
I ensured I packaged the phone really well, including the original sleeve and box the phone was sent in. This was then packaged with additional bubble wrap to ensure a safe delivery.
The phone was fully factory reset, battery charged and video and pictures taken just for insurance, but I am really satisfied with the service.

Hab im Rahmen des Google Pixel 10 Marktstarts ein Pixel 7 eingeschickt, um 200€ TradeIn Bonus mitzunehmen. Display war Top, Rückseite und Seiten etwas zerkratzt. Gerät auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzt. Versandverpackung und Label kamen im TradeIn Kit von Google. Abgabe nur bei DHL Express International Stellen möglich. Hab es am Donnerstag abgeschickt und hatte am Montag das Geld auf dem Konto, anstandslos den vorher angezeigt Preis iHv 333€

Not sure I trust them. My phone was in perfect working order and yet when they reviewed it they took off £100 from my trade in value saying "screen has burn in bruising". That's not something I ever saw and they never sent any photos or video proof, so as far as I'm concerned they can just make up whatever they want. I won't trade in with Google again because of it.

J'ai commandé le 31/08/25 un Pixel 10 Pro en profitant de l'offre de reprise de mon Pixel 8.
Pixel 8 en parfait état (protégé depuis son achat par une coque et vitre de protection).
J'ai suivi toutes les consignes avant son expédition. J'ai même réalisé une vidéo qui montre son état, sa réinitialisation et la préparation à l'expédition.
Quelques jours après être réceptionné par PCS Wireless, celle-ci me dit refuser la reprise et m'informe du renvoi du téléphone. Raison invoquée : pas de "reset factory" réalisé alors que celui ci avait bien entendu été réalisé.
A contre cœur, j'ai demandé le remboursement de mon Pixel 10 pro.

From reading the other reviews its clear in my opinion this company are profiting through malpractice , there seems to be a pattern in rejecting phones for the ambiguous "it wasnt reset " rhetoric rendering a £600-700 mint Pixel 9 Pro XL valued at £0" obviously its not worth £0 but only in the eyes of PCS . I have been buying and selling phones for 10 years and know how to reset any device ,In my case Google were offering an additional sum for the trade in hence why I upgraded .Unfortunately it was an incentive that would always be ficticious, I am very surprised that Google would be associated with such a rogue operation . PCS still have my Pixel 9 Pro XL even though they were sending it back on the 10th September ( allegedly ). Lets see if it turns up in one piece and working unlike other reviewers here ! I have just purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max via trade-in , its going to be interesting to see who values their customers the most ?

My daughter sent in a Google Pixel 6 Pro to trade in against a Pixel 9. PCS rejected the 6 Pro, saying it would not switch on. When received back, it has been set up - US English, no Google account, no PIN. Google were not interested in evidence, and they would not allow me to send the old phone in again. I had to threaten small claims court to get them to accept the return of the Pixel 9. The trade in values are tempting but bear in mind you have a 50/50 chance of being scammed by PCS Wireless.

Adding another one to the list, traded in a pixel 9 to take up the offer Google was offering for the pixel 10, factory reset the device and sent it off. PCS claimed that the device was not factory reset and valued the phone at £0 and they will be sending it back to me. I'm now outside the window to return my Pixel 10 so not high hopes I'm going to be able to return it to Google for a refund..

Tout était clair, simple, sans la complexité habituelle de nos jours...
On reçoit un kit (carton, emballage, étiquette de renvoi, et instructions pour bien remettre à zéro son téléphone [attention, c'est pas juste "réinitialiser aux paramètres d'usine", il y a d'autres choses à faire]).
On met l'ancien téléphone dedans et on le dépose en point relais.
On a le suivi sur le site.
Quand ils le reçoivent, ils l'évaluent.
Et hop, on reçoit le remboursement sous 14j max (selon la banque).
Perso, mon téléphone a reçu une estimation , et le remboursement associé était 100% de cette estimation.
Hyper satisfait!

I saw a good price for pixel 9 ,in trade in for pixel 10, which I did and sent in to them and reset my phone,a few days later got a email they had received my phone and said normally you will get another email from us in 4 days time,now almost two weeks have not heard anything from them, have tried to contact them but they they don't reply which is very stressful.i will never use this company again or recommend if I need to sell a phone again will use cex or walk in shop

Sent a pristine pixel 8 pro trade in towards a Pixel 10 pro XL. Was quoted £518 trade in. 6 days later they say the phone has zero value as the phone was not factory reset.
It was reset. I even have videos of the process.
Google said they can't do anything and I'm stuck with the full amount to pay for the phone. PCS are a joke.

Retourné Pixel 9 Pro XL dans le cadre de la reprise à l'achat d'un nouveau Pixel. Après un délai d'attente très long, appareil refusé sous prétexte de non réinitialisation d'usine. On nous prend pour des imbéciles. Je vais donc renvoyer mon Pixel 10 Pro et garder mon ancien.

Pristine phone valued at £0. Usual untrue "screen burn bruising" excuse.
