pitiful and arrogant customer service

they refused my merchant account telling me: Our decision is based on many factors because we have certain criteria to take into account in our reviews.

I have asked them 5 times what factors they considered in denying my access so they could correct the issue and reapply, but they keep repeating the same answer: Our decision is based on many factors because we have certain criteria to take into account in our Comments.

Their customer service is lousy and unhelpful. I had to give them a bunch of personal information that they used who knows what.

I simply abandoned my application at their payment gateway. Don't waste time with them.

It took quite a bit of time before getting verified for a payment system that I was blocked from but never the less, they managed to fix my problem and got unblocked

Disappointing Experience with Paymentwall Service

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Paymentwall. Despite promptly supplying all the requested information in response to their email #189466526, their support team has been utterly unhelpful.

Not only did Paymentwall fail to address my concerns, but their lack of assistance has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It is unacceptable for a service provider to ignore customer inquiries, especially when all necessary details have been provided.

I expected better from Paymentwall, but sadly, their inability to resolve issues and provide adequate support has severely tarnished my opinion of their services. I strongly advise others to reconsider using Paymentwall until they improve their customer support and responsiveness.

It took a while but they did it! GJ!

I was on the verge of giving up on asking for help for my problem of my account getting blocked for a certain payment system. However, after a day or 2, they managed to fix my problem, they didn't gave up on me. Thank you!

Verkäufer ignoriert Problem, Paymentwall bietet keinen Support

Bezahlt für Leistung, die nie erbracht wurde:
- Verkäufer bot schlechten Service, war kaum erreichbar.
- Nach erfolgloser Kontaktaufnahme wandte ich mich an Paymentwall.

FAQ versprach Hilfe, Realität war anders:
- Paymentwall priorisiert scheinbar Verkäufer, nicht Käufer.
- Trotz klarer Beweise für mein Anliegen ignorierte der Verkäufer das Problem.
- Nach Kontaktaufnahme durch Paymentwall blieb es still.

Fazit:
- Paymentwall bietet im Konfliktfall keinen ausreichenden Schutz für Käufer.
- Plattform unternimmt keine aktiven Schritte, um faire Lösungen zu fördern.
- Sehr enttäuschend, ich werde Paymentwall in Zukunft nicht mehr nutzen.

Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- Aktivere Rolle von Paymentwall bei Streitigkeiten.
- Festlegung klarer Richtlinien für faire Lösungen.
- Bessere Kommunikation mit Käufern.

Zudem zeigt die Antwort von Paymentwall, dass sie die Situation nicht ansatzweise verstanden haben. Die fadenscheinige Begründung des Verkäufers wird einfach akzeptiert, obwohl sie nur für einen Bruchteil der Probleme verantwortlich ist.

Offensichtlich steht Paymentwall blind auf der Seite des Verkäufers, anstatt den Käufer zu schützen.

Schade, dass es keine 0 Sterne gibt. Diese Bewertung ist mehr als gerechtfertigt.

Kein support Finger weg !!!!!

Nach langem warten endlich die Lösung und Klärung. Konto wurde ausgeglichen und bezahlt meinerseits. Gestern dann endlich langersehnte Nachricht das ich mein Konto wieder entsperren lassen kann und somit ich den Account wieder bekomme.
Dennoch sollte man am ganz viel Geduld mitbringen, denn leider dauern bei bestimmten Mitarbeiter ewig die Antworten bis zu 2 Wochen bis man was erfährt.
28.12.2023 bis 14.02.2024 ist zu lange einen für Support. Danke an die freundliche Hilfe die sich "dann" meinen Fall angenommen hat und schnell geholfen hat.

Ich habe einen Betrag von 9,99 überwiesen über Paymentwall für einen anderen Service, einem Service den ich Jahre nutzte und vertraute. Das der Support allerdings so mies und schlecht ist wusste ich bis Dato nicht. Meine Zahlung wurde das erste mal abgelehnt und das kam als Gutschrift wieder zurück. Mein Konto war gedeckt also Fehler vom Payment System. Seit 28.12.2023 versuche ich mit dem Support zu kommunizieren was allerdings unmöglich ist da keine akkurate Lösung kommt. Habe nochmal überwiesen am 11.01.2024, Kontoauszug dargelegt so wie man es von mir verlangt hatte, mit Ausweis von mir und seit dem absolute Funkstille. Deswegen wurde mein Account nun eingeschränkt und kann keine weiteren Einkäufe wegen Paymentwall mehr tätigen ! Danke für nichts !!! Über Jahre nie Probleme gehabt und nun habe ich wegen System Fehler einen Account wofür der Service war mit dem ich nichts mehr machen kann !!! War für eine VIP Mitgliedschaft die nun kaputt ist! Und dann auch nur auf Englisch, wäre toll wenn man Deutsche Hilfe bekommt.

Da man hier nicht antworten kann dann schreibe ich hier weiter:

EDIT : Antwort über Email vom Support am 18.1.2024 Man konnte keine Zahlung im System finden. Mein Betrag wurde am 17.1.2024 von einer belgischen IBAN wieder gutgeschrieben. Der Witz an der Sache ist das ich diese IBAN für meine Überweisung am 11.1.2024 gar nicht benutzt habe. Sondern die IBAN wo sonst alle meine Zahlungen von meinem Konto abgebucht wurden!!! Habe zurück geschrieben Paymentwall soll mir eine IBAN geben damit endlich richtig bezahlt werden kann?!! Vom Support bekommt man ja keine IBAN mitgeteilt, denn da habe ich oft genug angefragt, mehrere Tickets erstellt gehabt, weil man keine Hilfe bekam, sondern ich bekam immer nur den Verwendungszweck mitgeteilt....

UPDATE:

Am 29.1.2023 bekam endlich mal ich Mail. Habe dann zum 2. mal meine Ausweisdaten zugeschickt weil man mir erst da mitgeteilt hat das ich für Zahlungen gesperrt bin aufgrund einer Fehlbuchung. am 31. habe ich nochmal alles hingeschickt dann am 7.2.
Heute haben wir den 11.2. und immer noch keine weitere Antwort ob ich nun freigeschaltet bin oder nicht das man endlich bezahlen kann.

FAZIT:

Das ist absolut kein Support, das ist reine Datenkrake !!! Support kennt man unter 24 bis 48 Stunden Wartezeit aber keine Wochen Bearbeitung bzw. gar keine Bearbeitung die zufriedenstellend ist, man muss mehrmals vertrauliche Daten schicken was absolut unverständlich ist !!!

Beware of Paymentwall: A Cautionary Tale of Unfulfilled Payouts

Update: I received the payout on 24.11.2023 after two years of communication with them. I must state that they are not scammers and will ultimately make your payout. However, the Paymentwall team needs to fix their financial relations with their customers as it is frustrating that payout takes such an incredibly long term.

I feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience with Paymentwall, hoping it might prevent others from facing similar frustrations. For over two years, I've been struggling with this company to receive a payout that was rightfully mine. The process has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Initially, they assured me that the payout was processed, but to my dismay, the funds never arrived. Repeated inquiries were met with the same response: they claimed everything was sent from their end. This dragged on for three agonizing months. When I requested concrete proof in the form of an MT103 transfer document, what I received was a shoddy PNG file filled with random numbers. My bank manager confirmed my worst fears: the document was a blatant fake, and no such transaction ever existed in their system.

It's important for potential users of Paymentwall to understand the risk involved. My case, inquiry #873962, opened on October 28, 2022, is a testament to their inefficiency and possibly dubious practices. As of now, they have failed to process the final payout. This experience has left me not only financially strained but also deeply disillusioned.

In conclusion, I urge extreme caution if you're considering using Paymentwall for your transactions. Be prepared for the possibility of not receiving your money. It's a risk that, in hindsight, I wish I hadn't taken.

Je voulais prendre des Acoins sur la boutique du jeu Black Desert et apparemment il fallait d'abord faire validter son compte par cette entreprise qui gère le côté transaction financière entre les clients et le jeu.

Celà fait 2 jours que j'ai laissé 3 mails avec pour demande de bien vouloir entamer la procédure de validation de mon compte mais vous savez quoi ?

The customer service is great, although it is a rigorous process of sending proofs for verification, this just shows how tight their security is. Cards I've been purchasing through them have been wonderful and would get them within minutes. Keep up the good work!
