My wife chose to go with these for our stair carpet, they came round and started with the whole selling process, decided on a carpet and they only provide 8mm max underlay, apparently that’s the best one, well actually, no it’s not! Anyway, went with it as we told them when we wanted it by ( the following week as we were decorating ) and they said it was no problem and they would put it as ASAP, I figured it was just a way to get the ball rolling. They called up next day and said we could have it fitted on the Friday ( of the same week we were decorating, which was no good as discussed previously) we said we can’t and it would need to be the following week, they then said they would call back the next day to arrange it, so my wife waited patiently ( not easy for her 😉 ) and after a few days she decided to call them, after eventually getting through to them, they said the next available date was the week after we needed it doing so said no. You cannot get through to them and when she did and so much as mentioned the cancellation process and how she could get a refund she was met with, ‘well we’ve already given you two dates for fitting and you’ve turned them both down’ in other words - “what refund?”. However, we had already said it needed to be the following week and they had agreed it would be and just needed to get us booked in with the carpet fitter. So after paying them over £100 and a lot of wasted time we’ve gone somewhere else that could fit us in the week we wanted, for less money with better carpet and underlay, this is including fitting which was actually more expensive than this supposed company and the total is still over £100 cheaper, Pay As You Go Carpets are charging way over odds for substandard carpet and underlay, will not be going back here again, thankfully we found out before buying all the other carpets as we were in a hurry for the stairs so decided to just get that one first and get all the others later, so glad we didn’t buy all the carpets at once, that would of been a huge mistake! Do yourselves a favour and give this company a miss - you’dbe better off buying from a market trader (at least they don’t charge you more than the carpet etc is worth).

Great company to deal with, from ordering lino, fitting and courtesy call from sue. Product is of high quality and fitting done professionally. Definitely recommend. Livi emery.

Avoid like the plague no communication from them what so ever sent a number of emails left voicemails also msg them on facebook had no response at all took my money had to raise complaint with bank please don’t use this company you will be disappointed if I had the choice I wouldn’t give them one star

Ordered a carpet for my bedroom being disabled I could not lay it myself so thought I would have one fitted I had uses this company before with problems then but actually got my other carpets layed so was not too fussed but after ordering at the beginning of the year I was told someone would cann me near the end of January with a fitting date.

Having not heard anything I managed to call them and again was told I was in the pile to contact to arrange fitting so I waited another few weeks however still no contact and despite trying my best I can not get hold of them.

I did not use social media but only way I could get hold of anyone was to download messenger straight away I got a reply to my message saying someone would be in contact soon still nothing though so I have had enough cancelled the DD and sent email and messages telling them I was cancelling my order and wanted a full refund got a reply moaning they have been extremely busy but not too busy to take my money and still not heard anything about getting the £230 back they have already had out of me which I need so I can go elsewhere and get a carpet if I could I would not even give them 1 star

I used this company for carpeting my 2 bedrooms. The man who came to measure up & do the order form got the order completely backwards! My bedroom was taken apart as asked. They came to fit the carpets in the evening so office was shut. I was left with either have the wrong carpets fitted so we could have our beds back up or re- arrange while I'd taken the day of work for already! Was very upsetting & unfortunately I chose to get the wrong carpets fitted for convenience thinking they could be swapped over at a later date which I explained to staff. Who were unhelpfully & un sympathetic to the situation. Just want your money!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A scam stay away my partner never got any carpet put down it’s just a scam stay away .

Have dealt with Mark , Vance and the team for many years and their service from beginning to end is perfect. We would recommend this company to anyone.

So i bought a carpet i put a down payment of almost 300 pound down. 2 days later noticed several lines running from one end to another. Was told if get a replacement carpet over a month later and numerous calls i finally speak to the manager who was rude, patronising and down right arrogant who says he is no longer going to replace it.

After doing a little more research this is way more common then i would like to admit. Ive spoken to a lot of previous customer's to try and get company details and testimony in order to build a case incase i decide to take this any further and they all say the same thing once they have taken a hefty deposit and put in sub standard carpets you will not be hearing from them again!!!!

Stay away people there after nothing more then to fleece you with below par goods

Please stay clear from this company absolutely discraful, stairs was supposed to be fitted as a open staircase so we could put laminate on kickboard, full stairs covered carpet crooked, doesn't even fit the stairs it's all loose, baggy, and full of bumps, I've phoned every day for the last 6 weeks, emailed, left voice message even messages on Facebook, they finally phoned me to say carpet fitter coming to sort stairs out on Thursday or Friday needless to say that was 3 weeks ago, won't even acknowledge my phone call, text messages, emails, please Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible paid 50 pound deposit 2 weeks payments which is 20 pound each week no one been in touch no fitting date nothing can't get through to no one always cuts the phone off terrible service if I'd have knew this before hand if have never have went with this company absolute disgrace
