Had very bad customer service and was made to feel very angry and upset by a member of staff he disrespected me and was very rude even though I had told him I was suffering with my mental health and feeling anxious due to the death of my mum which I made him aware of. The whole company have a lack of respect and sympathy for their customers. I took my complaint to the financial ombudsman and they awarded in my favour which has taken almost 2 years due to being given endless opportunities to comunicate and put their case across the chose to ignore any communication with the ombudsman or myself. They have still not any attempt to make contact to put things right and pay me the compansation the ombudsman asked them. So I'm now having to go to court all for the sake of an apology and £150. It's now about the principle of the matter to think it was OK to speak to a customer the way this man did to me and to tell me I could not take it to the financial ombudsman as I did not have a case and they can come take the carpet back. Well I proved him wrong!! Avoid at all costs they do not care about their customers. They think they are above any decision the financial ombudsman makes. All they had to do was get in touch and put things right!

We have paid off the floor over £500 and we still have not had it fitted. They have contacted us via email once to arrange a date then countless emails later they don’t reply. They don’t reply on facebook and never answer phone.

It’s now been a year and we still haven’t had our flooring fitted. We’ve had no luck contacting the company as no one answers the phone or facebook. We were booked in for today, but no one showed up. We’ve been lied to multiple times throughout this whole process. This level of service is completely unacceptable. We need this resolved immediately or we will have no choice but to take this further.

Fantastic service
Did really good job with carpets. I was A bit worried doing two rooms at once as thought where going to put all stuff from two bedrooms. But the carpet fitter was very patient and waited few minutes while we moved two king size beds to the room he had already done. He did really good job and carpet good quality. Very polite. Booking for fitting was quick. I also had my front room done last year also good carpet and still going strong. Thank you

Been taking payment from my bank for 4 months even tho i had cancelled it .spoke to them they said i might aswell get the stair carpet as id been paying for it so I agreed .had a date last week for the fitters to com and lay it on the tuseday and surprise surprise no fitters came ,good luck trying to get them in the phone as they NEVER answer nore do they respond to voice mails left or messenger messages police have now had to be involved as they have taken hundreds of pounds out my bank and have not delivred the product! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! just save up for a couple months and go buy a camper out right .

18months and £1300 later and the job is still not done.
Today is the fourth time a fitting has been booked and no one has turned up. I should have known better than to buy carpets off them again but my bedrooms have concrete floors and I need the 'credit'.
Originally ordered vinyl for my living room and hallways in June 2024, they didn't come to fit until September and they had brought the wrong flooring for the living room but didn't notice until it was fitted. I decided to keep the living room flooring and ask d them to bring the hallway flooring to match next time. What followed was two fitting appointments when no turned up or contacted me (and 2 days annual leave from work wasted). One fitting when they turned up and brought the wrong flooring again. Three months of emails to management asking for confirmation of the right order and fitting date. When they did fit it they had booked a Friday but rang to tell me they couldn't come till 7.30pm at night (fitting is 9am-5pm or so they say). i was going out so...another failed fitting.
Basically, they didn't finish the job until June 2025 - I had paid them £1000 by April 2025 and they hadnt finished the job and even then, they hadn't really fitted what I had asked for - just the flooring they brought by mistake! The lads who finally came to fit the hallways were excellent, it was a different team to the ones who had come before, they were polite, they tidied up really nicely they checked in with me about how I wanted certain parts of the fitting done, they offered to take all the cut ends away and put them in the bins outside for me so. Great, however, I was still waiting to be able to order the carpets for the bedroom floors (all that time). Against my better judgement and because they offered me a deal, I arranged for the carpets with them. The surveyor who came was really lovely, polite, professional and clear with me, explained everything clearly. They contacted me much quicker this time to book a fitting as soon as my first monthly payment came out. They rang me the night before to confirm the appointment...I've sat in all day today and have had no phone call from the fitters, no one has turned up and I've rang the office three times, it's gone to answer phone and the answer phone inbox is full. I've messaged on Facebook and all they've sent me back is an advert for what a great company they are!!! Everything from the two bedrooms is in my living room, bathroom and kitchen. I live in a tiny 2bed flat so half of my house is in the other half of my house. The kids beds are packed away so they're sleeping in the front room. I'm sleeping on a mattress on the (concrete!) floor. I'm a single parent so I've had to move all of these things on my own around working hours. I don't know if I should put things back because they might (they bloody well should!) come tomorrow or at the beginning of next week
...then again, they might not. I am so annoyed with myself for booking them again but I think it's disgusting that a company who claims to be "the most ethical" (????!!!!! by who's measure????!!!) can take business and money off people who have limited choices and treat them to such terrible customer service when they have so little option to take their money elsewhere.
Do not use them - I could have saved up the cash and got the lot done for much cheaper within the time it's actually taken them to fit my floors - this is almost 18months now since I told them what I wanted doing. Terrible company, no morals, no service, no ethics.

What ever you do, do NOT get flooring with this company! Nothing but a joke, have spent the last week calling, messaging and emailing as no one came to fit our flooring meaning our house is now unsafe and we can not access our kitchen due to all the furniture being in there! then Friday get told “if you make this payment you have my word someone will be there Monday” that was from the manager gavin, I call today and no booking has been made!!! The company is a joke. You can’t get hold of anyone they hang up on you and tell you nothing but lies!!!

I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I paid for my carpet and a fitting date was arranged, but nobody ever turned up. I rang them four times on the day, and each time I was told the fitter was still coming. My last call was around 4pm, and again I was assured he’d be arriving — but he never did.
Since then, I’ve had zero communication. They ignore emails, read and ignore Facebook messages, and when I do get through on the phone, they hang up the second I ask for a supervisor. The one time they replied, it was the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” nonsense, but I still haven’t had my carpets fitted or my money refunded.
This company has taken my money and delivered nothing. Disgusting behaviour. do not trust them.

Took 8 weeks after 20% payment to get fitted. Turned up today with no notice. Seemed ok but then they left. Outside they left rubbish on street, marks all over newly decorated paintwork, massive amount of wastage and mess. Very slap dash work. They will not receive full payment as the service was disgustingly

Booked them to do my kitchen waited 4 weeks nothing, I refused to pay any more only started hearing off them when the payments get rejected still no sign of getting them fitted and saying they need more money to get it fitted. Absolute joke

I had Carl and Michael call today and got my laminate two lovely lads down to earth and nothing was a problem they are two pleasant lads theyvmade me laugh I would recommend them to anybody even tried to help with clearing away well done they are an asset to your team

Everything started off well initially, up until the first payment was taken. After that, there was no communication regarding a fitting date. I had to make several follow-ups before I was finally given a date for the fitting — 8th August 2025.
I was instructed to remove the existing carpet and furniture in preparation, which I did. However, this has now left my mother's bedroom — who is disabled — completely inaccessible. Her bed is blocked, and she cannot get into the room. In addition, new furniture delivered to the downstairs area is now also obstructing her ability to move around safely.
As if that wasn't enough, I waited in all day on the agreed date, and no one showed up. There was no phone call, no text, and no notice of any kind. Once again, I had to chase this up myself. Regardless of which department I contacted, I always ended up speaking with the same person, who simply told me that the company is “very busy.” This level of service is unacceptable.
The lack of communication, failure to attend scheduled appointments, and the complete disregard for the impact this has had on a vulnerable individual in my household is beyond disappointing. At this point, the experience feels misleading and unprofessional.

Where can I even start with this company absolutely shambles. My fitting date has been cancelled for the 3rd time by the fitter. After I have paid more than 25% off I still have not had anything fitted from yourselves. Everytime I phone up it goes to voicemail it’s always one woman on the desk. I was told my fitting would be yesterday (11th aug) I have had to take time off! and pay people to help me move all my furniture out ready for these carpets, which the fitter cancelled yesterday. Now I was told the fitters would come today (12/08) no one has called or turned up. Quick enough taking peoples money but no carpets to be seen. Also been charged £1100 for two small carpets and a small bathroom vinyl. The manager Jon Whitfield is an absolute disgrace his attitude stinks telling me I cannot have any refund and that’s that? I have had nothing from you so why do you have my money still! Disgusting. Avoid!!!!!
