Excellent service quick and easy appointments fitting times suited around me and the kids guys fitting were great only complaint I would have is they left 4 large bags of cut off on my drive it would have been great for them to take away any rubbish accumulated

My partner had the combo stairs carpet and laminated and the landing done on the 13th march at first sight we where very impressed until we noticed the mistakes badly cut laminate and they tried to hide the faults by putting beading round which was the wrong colour beading I must add, we contact the company to get the faults rectified they where so appoligective but 5 weeks on and where still waiting for them to come out, left my partner so upset and annoyed, but thats not where it end's, we also had a sofa from the same company there was 22 faults to the sofa filling coming out of the cushions material stained under the cushions, sofa didnt mach up bent frame work stitching coming apart, feet facing the wrong way, metal poking out of the back of the sofa, and the list goes on, so we once again contacted the company so appoligective again promised us a replacement sofa, three weeks later it arrived we where told it was going to be a straight forward swap from the pay smart company, and that the sofa would be double checked before it was delivered the manifacture promised, what a shock when it turned up, it wasnt even out of the packaging before we noticed the very badly workmanship yet again this time there was even more faults. Has left my partner so disappointed and very upset no appoligy can even make up for the whole experience, we.took so many photos of proof of faults from the flooring to the sofas it took up three pages of my phone, would highly recommend no one uses this company yes the company have been brilliant with the appoligies but at this point they are empty words. Ive had to sit and watch my partner in tears because of this experiance, and even now sunday morning we have been let down yet again by the flooring persone coming out at half past to fix the faults and he hasnt even turned up. Absoultly disgusting customer service we will never use this company ever again and if I had the choice they could come and remove all of.the laminate flooring and we would go to a more reputable company, so angry and annoyed doesn't even explaine what this experience has left us with...........

The fitters contacted to me let me know when they was on the way also they asked me how I wanted laminate laid down and they was very professional and there work is outstanding. They didn’t rush the job and they took their time to make sure it was to the highest quality.

I would definitely recommend and going forward the only company I will use is Pay Smart Carpets.

The gentleman that did my floor in the living room did it so quickly and so neat my living room has been transformed I’m so pleased with it.

Amazing company, i had combination staircase done, its it look beautiful, luke and the young lad did and outstanding job, very friendly and professional and left it clean. I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

From the very beginning I had an excellent experience with Pay smart carpets. I got in touch and the sales rep came to the house with carpet samples and explained the different options available. I chose the carpet and paid the deposit. I contacted the office to select a fitting date and they were very accommodating as I work from home sometimes so could book it in for one of those days. The carpet fitter phone me half an hour before arrival and they came in and done an excellent job. I absolutely love my new living room carpet and would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be a returning customer

Yesterday was my 3rd fitting from Pay Smart carpets and have not had any issues from ordering to fitting.

At first the floors looks great (laminate) but if you lool closely pretty much all of the corner skirting board pieces have fallen off after only a couple of days. The quality of them also appears poor as the outer layer has come off in a few pieces. The actual floor panels seem fine.
