Spent $78, wanted to return and they offered $14 refund instead since if I returned , the cost would be mine to assume. BEWARE - returns are expensive

Easy to shop , but dress toooo small

Order was delivered promptly. Dress material is super nice and light. Fit is true to sizing. Overall happy with the purchases.

Company fraud, they say mad in USA, but it’s China & they are horrible with exchanges, returns or refunds. 3 emails so far & still no address to send back the product. So sad they just can’t be helpful & do what we ask.

All over their site it says free returns within 30 days so you think it’s safe to buy but it’s very misleading. Once you try to return anything they point out their policy is free returns ONLY if it’s damaged. So if you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit, etc you are out of luck. Saying free returns for 30 days all over your site should mean free returns.

The product I got was made of a horrible material and very cheap looking especially for what price I paid. I’m on my sixth email with them and still no resolution.

I paid $70+ and first they wanted to refund me $10 to keep it, then the next offer was $18 even though I have said each time I want to return it. Now they are saying I have to pay a return fee but I’m still waiting to find out how much and instructions on where to return it. They try to wear you down.

I love the dress only it doesn't have a slip layer under it, so it's a little see-through. I just need to exchange for a size smaller & will be wearing it to 2 separate weddings this summer. Only it took Forever to arrive 😔

Loved the dress and the capris jacket doesn’t fall as long as pictured but I have asked for an extra large on the jacket. Don’t know it they will do it.

Horrible experience! Website says free returns. Don’t believe it for a second! I ordered two items which did not fit. When I requested a refund, they offered me $14 on my $88 purchase. I refused. The offer went up several times. Keep the items and we will give you $40. Unbelievable. Now they want me to mail the items to Dubai, of all places, and then I will get a refund. Really? As though I would trust them! We are still negotiating.

BUYER be warned! DO NOT ORDER from this company! The product took months to arrive (found out they are in Dubai) and the merchandise was damaged, and sent that way, it was not damaged in shipping/travel. This merchant is horrible about responding to your inquiries about a return, and they do that so you fall into their "refund policy" and don't return it in time, so they owe you nothing. I didn't mind having to pay to return the items, but they tried to negotiate a return amount, far less than what I paid. This company is dishonest, and does not practice what their policies are on their website.

This product is HORRIBLE! The quality of the material is extremely low. The products are not what are represented on website. When requesting a refund they will only give you pennies on the dollar and require you pay shipping to Dubai rather than the warehouse in your country where they shipped it to you from. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this company!

Ordered a sweater as a gift for my wife. The item was not as it appeared online and looked ragged. We tried returning the item and they wanted me to ship it back with a $20 refund on a $70 sweater.
They do not stand behind the product line. I would have returned and bought something to replace it but I will NEVER order from them again. Buyer beware!
