I love the styles and the selection. Ordering was quite simple. I was contacted regarding one of the dresses I had ordered was going to be delayed but they would send the other items. I appreciated the upfront honesty and them separating the shipment for my time table.

I like the dress however the color and style was misrepresented in picture. The dress was not as flowy and full. The sleeves were more narrow and not as full as pictured. The color is more of a dark pink. I bought it to wear to a Fall wedding. With the right shoes and accessories I will make it work.

ITS A SCAM...CHECK THE BETER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!

The clothing was high quality and looks just like the ad. True to size. I was very pleased with the purchase.

SCAM! Don't buy anything from Panrila. I paid $70 for a dress for a wedding. The dress that came was nothing like the picture and it was filthy. You have to get them to give you a return authorization number in order to return anything. In turn, they offered to refund me $11 and keep the address. I declined, so they offered me a $20 refund. They're giving me the runaround and will not cooperate at all. Hopefully I can prevent anyone else from being scammed by this so-called company.

Very poor quality (to the point I can't wear it) and it was expensive.

The delivery was timely. The quality of the material was a little less than what I expected. Color is beautiful. Fit was pretty accurate.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The dresses look so cute online but dont buy it. This company is a scam. Im trying to return dresses due to poor quality and they want to negotiate a return amount. The website literally says FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30DAYS. Ive had to file a grievance against them with Paypal. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They also go by 4 different names including Cringe which is a perfect fit! AVOID THE INSTAGRAM ADDS...

This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT order from them. I can't believe with all the order issues that they are allowed to do business in the U.S. I was under the impression they were a stateside distribution company, not so. Very misleading and customer service gives the runaround to run out the clock on your 30 day return.

AVOID! THEY ARE FRAUDS.

The ordering process and the product were great! However, during fulfillment I was basically blind. I had no idea when it would ship and then when it did, the tracking did not work at all. I did receive it but there were many days in between when I figured I was being scammed due to the lack of information.

Don't Do It!
The dress has a broken zipper and when i requested a refund they offered me $8. My purchase was $55 and then $15 for shipping. The Returns page that states Easy Return as the top is clearly misleading.

I ordered 3 items, rec'd 2 of the tops. One of them had a tear in it and I requested a return. I received a response to send pictures of the shirt, which I attempted do. In addition I was told I would receive a refund for the item I did not receive because it was out of stock. I did not get the refund and when I tried to send pictures of the torn top the emails came back as undeliverable. I have tried numerous times and there isn't a phone number so I will DEFINATELY NEVER order anything from them again!!!
