Takes long to ship, product does not look like what is advertised color wise and strap length wise. Also looks cheap and smells bad, which I wasn’t expecting for the price. I’m going to try to return it.

Do not order from here, unless you want to get scammed.

I placed my order at around 11:30 AM on Sunday, July 14. I know companies rarely ship out orders on Sundays, so I was okay with that. However, since I placed the order early in the day, I expected it to ship on Monday or Tuesday. Unfortunately, it didn't. By this point, I hadn't received any tracking number, so I tried to contact the company through their website's contact section, but I received no response, not even an auto-reply. I then found an email address and reached out on Wednesday. By Friday, I still hadn't received a reply. I also tried contacting them through their Instagram account, however, you can only send direct messages if they follow you. So, I left a comment but received no response. It's now July 29 and I still haven't received a tracking number. I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back.

After all that, if you still want to order from here, I recommend using PayPal. a credit card, or any payment method that offers strong protection policies.

I love the purse I bought. It’s the second purse I’ve bought from them. Got it on time. I’ll buy again from them too.

I love my Oliver and Annis bags! They are lovely and I find them well made. My latest purchase is the Isla in red. Such a pretty color! I have reordered Ruby and also purchased the Paris (a little small for me) and the Belinda. Very happy with these!

Found it on an IG add and wasn't sure what to expect. Fabulous quality and way better than I expected! Would definitely buy again.

I’ve had a couple good experience and bad experiences with this company. A couple of the bags I really am happy with the quality and service. This recent bag I bought I think the quality is terrible and would like to return the bag. I cannot even get them to acknowledge my email. Personally, due to the 2 bags that I’ve bought and had quality and customer service issues with I would not recommend this company.

The purse is a nice size, the zippered center compartment is a tight squeeze. I wish the shoulder strap were longer. It's an awkward fit cross-body if you're a larger person. Overall this is a nice day to day purse.

I had previously brought 3 bags from this company and very happy with it. This time I saw the same bag with larger size si I brought 2. But when I received the bags its the same size as I had previously purchased. So I contacted customer service inquire about returning items. Customer service did return my email saying about refund 40% for both bags and I had agree so that don't have return it. The last email 09/06 that the refund suppose to happen but when checked my paypal did not receive refund yet. I had email the company again inquire about the refund still did not hear back yet. If I can I would like to return the bags instead of getting the 40% refund like I said I had 3 of the same bag now I have 5

Tried to cancel my order after not hearing from the company for several days.. although my PayPal acct was charged. I was told that this could not be cancelled but once i received merchandise i could return for full refund. 1. Merchandise arrived 3 weeks later. 2. Merchandise was of inferior quality. 3. Contacted the company and they said i could get a 40%refund and keep merchandise or return to London England at my expense. 4. Put a claim into PayPal… did not help. 5. Contacted my credit card company

This is a SCAM ..they have variety of emails. No phone number, and Credit card charges under weird names. Y he product was shipped from China. STAY AWAY and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM>. I am still furious.

Purse is not the quality it appears to be in ad. Flap and strap have terrible petroleum-based product odor. I do not recommend this product.

Unhappy with my purchase. Quality was not good. The buckle on the front of the bag is scratched. Contacted customer support twice about returning the purse and no response.

The purses I received are of very poor quality and look extremely cheap. I’m very disappointed with this purchase and honestly don’t even care to wear them.

Ordering easy, delivery quick. Product upon arrival amazing. I have had the purse for a month slightly disappointed that the bottom of the purse around the edges are starting to fray. Definitely not a everyday summer purse. Which is upsetting.

Nobody has gotten back to me to tell me how to return a dress. I've made 2 attempts.

I sent a return request and have not received an answer. The bag was nice, unfortunately there was a defect. The leather closure was sewn on crooked. When you use the clasp it’s not easy to do, and the flap is crooked. I needed the bag for a trip, and now no longer need it. I am looking to return this item. Do u send a return sticker? The bag was nice and you took great care to wrap and and protect it very nicely. I would appreciate your help in solving this matter. Than you.
