Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered a belt for my son for Christmas and realised I had ordered the wrong size 3 working days before Christmas Day. Husband kept that belt so reordered in the correct size and was here within 2 days.

No accountability when quality is substandard
After years of our entiring family wearing Pampeano belts, this one was dissapointment. Obviously the hand stitching was defective and unraveled in 5 places on the third time wearing. Pampeano refuses to replace - said they were snags caused by wearer. If one or even two places I might give them that - but 5 different spots - NO! They would extend a courtesy repair if I pay to send to UK from the UAE (paid $100 USD) where it was delivered to. Unfortunately they will NOT stand behind the product! So CAN NOT and WILL NOT recommend them nor buy from them again. POOREST customer service I have encountered in years!

As you have explained, you have many belts of ours with no issues. Whether this belt is defective or something has happened to it, we can not know until we have seen it.
I have reviewed the correspondence and can see that we offered to repair or replace once we received the belt. We explained that we are unable to collect it from Panama where you are on holiday which you are not happy about. We explained that we would gladly resolve it for you when you are back in the UK. Without physically having the product we are unable to move forward.
The offer remains to resolve it for you once we have it.
Might I politely remind you to be courteous to the team at pampeano as the manner in which you have written to the customer services team is not helpful to the situation.

I love my skinny pampeano belt, beautiful colours, soft leather, a good quality product for sure.
Fits really well around my waist despite me being on the chubby, doesn’t move around and dig, feels very comfortable to wear.
Looking forward to more colours in the skinny belt.

This is the second head collar I've brought for my mare, they are truly stunning. I get comments all the time asking where I have brought mine from. The size very true to fit and the quality is outstanding. I might need to buy myself a belt to match!

I wasn’t sure what size collar for my dog I rang Pampeano the lady couldn’t have been more helpful,so I ordered what she recommended and it’s perfect. The service was prompt. The collar is beautiful I cannot recommend this company any higher a great experience. An added bonus I got a £10 discount on a next purchase so have ordered the matching lead.

Great product & Customer Service
I’ve bought 5 belts from Pampeano and the quality is fantastic. Also the customer service is second to none.
They sent me out the wrong belt so I contacted their CS and spoke to Mel. She arranged the correct belt to be sent out straight away. No messing, no fuss, just proper good service.
I would totally recommend purchasing from Pampeano and I will continue to do so when I see another belt which takes my fancy.
