Order the surprise leather belt and received a beautiful tan leather belt.

Worth the money and feels built to last.

I received excellent and personal service when I needed to exchange the belt for a different size. The product is of very high quality.

Bought 2 dog collars both which frayed within 3 weeks. Asked for refund and told that I had let dogs into water frequently, which isn't true, and I hadn't followed care instructions, which I had. Wrote to CEO but no response. WARNING - only walk dogs when dry and don't go near wet grass!! Or better still, avoid. Looks like I am not the only Trust pilot review with fray problems. The poor service really let's this business down - what does it cost to refund, a bag of dog food?

REPLY. Pretty standard reply if you read other reviews. They didn't bother to reply to my email on the dogs NOT going into water, nor did the CEO want to respond and yet they welcome further opportunity to discuss. Then talk to me or is this for Trust pilot viewers? These faults happened to both collars within 3 weeks and they refer to a complimentary repair as a gesture of goodwill! Your service has been left wanting Pampeano CEO.

I’ve bought a range of items for my Wife and myself over the last few months, and we are delighted with them all. Quality is great and even when I’ve bought the wrong size belt (twice, both times my fault for not reading the measuring instructions properly…), then the return process and customer service has been great. I already have my eye on our next “acquisitions”…..

update - March 14:
Yesterday, I received a letter from German customs stating that I need to collect the belt from a customs office near the port.

Why has this happened? According to the customs document, the sender provided insufficient information, which is why the package ended up at customs. How is this possible? For a company that ships internationally from the UK, this should be a standard process.
I ordered a belt that was already defective after just a few wears. I returned it, and at first, they wanted to refund my money. However, I explicitly requested a replacement, as this was a Christmas gift for my husband. When I followed up on the replacement, I received a vague response stating that it was at my "collecting point." I never specified a collecting point nor received any information about it. Now I have to answer customs by mail as well. Thank you pampeano for this great service!

I strongly advise against ordering from this company if you live outside the UK. The process is extremely complicated and time-consuming.

IF FOR A SINGLE BUYING TO BE EFFECTIVELY TAKES MORE THAN 30 DAYS, I WOULD NOT SAY THAT IT IS A COMPETENT COMPANY. THREE DISTRIBUTORS INVOLVED.NOT COMPLETED YET. PURE INCOMPETENCE

Please be warned about buying dog collars as they are not fit for purpose
Bought a collar for my lab and within less than a month it started to fray with threads appearing everywhere i
I returned it and requested a refund
Instead I was told I had damaged it by scrubbing it which was completely untrue
Please do not waste your money on a product which is not fit for purpose and a retailer who will not then refund

update - so a load of rubbish from Anna, basically the collar was faulty and defective, hence why it frayed in as little as 2 weeks. PLEASE do not waste your money or time dealing with this company, they just make stuff up to avoid compensating you for a poor product. NB ive added a photo of the collar in my profile picture so you can see how it wears after 2 weeks!

Ordered wrong size belt for Christmas gift and returned it no problem in New Year. Replacement was send within a few days and although there was a slight delay on the courier end, Matt and Anna were so good keeping me informed. Correct size arrived and is perfect! Will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks again!
